Getting my work evaluation.
First time I ever got "Outstanding" ratings on the evaluation areas. Lots OF "Outstanding" ratings in the entire evaluation form. Being given a 3% increase, when I'd been told not to expect one. (I had been given a 10% increase back in the Summer, to keep me from moving to Dallas.) WT |
