Not enough. 5.5. up a lot. It's gonna be a long day. I'll just take my time, work slowly, and try to stay focused.

easygoingfemme 02-09-2017 07:29 AM

About 5. I had more time to sleep but my brain was done with that.

nycfem 02-09-2017 12:56 PM

Since I have one of those once-in-a-blue-moon snow days from school today, I was able to stay up excited and then sleep in. I slept from 1:30 am to 12:30 pm, 11 hours. This balances out the 5 hours I got the night before.

Sleep

I got six hours last night. I was all set to go to sleep when the kitties decided it was lovely dovey time.

Silly kitties.

JDeere 02-09-2017 07:57 PM

7 which is not enough.

Jesse 02-09-2017 08:26 PM

I managed to get my 8 hours in last night, and felt much more rested today.

Miss Scarlett 02-10-2017 08:56 AM

After about 3 hours of tossing and turning I gave up. Hopefully I'll get a nap at some point today.

I did get in almost 8 hours.

My honey is helping out her friend, so we stay there overnight, & get up at 530am to come home to drop me off then her get ready for work...

It actually isn't real bad as we get to bed early, so we do manage to get our sleep. I do come home & stay up an hour or so then get a nap in then OR a later afternoon nap.

I adapt pretty easily wherever I lay my head usually, so I sleep rather well there. It is a comfy KS bed to boot!!!

My sleep usually is good sleep, even when I waken for BR break, I can get right back to sleep. On occasion I sleep night through.

Dreams I rarely remember but do know I have them.

Thankful I am not one who suffers from sleep issues.:candle:

10 HRS

Yesterday I had the snow day off from school, so I was basically like a cat. After waking up at 12:30pm, I had a snack, and then slept again from 4:30pm to 8:30pm. Then I had dinner and slept from 11PM to 5AM. So if I count my nap plus the night, I slept 10 hours. I woke feeling rested and then felt awake all day for work. I think it would be great if every Thursday could be a snow day.

Gemme 02-10-2017 08:33 PM

Last night, I slept from about 11:30 to 3:40 when I got up, went to the restroom and repositioned myself and then contemplated getting up and taking some Aleve as I was cramping really badly but I eventually dozed back off around 4:30 and was woken by my alarm a few minutes after 6 so I got about 5.5 hours.

I am not amused.

Sleep

I got 7 hours of sleep last night. I went to bed early for plenty of kitty lovey dovey time before I needed to sleep. I had one bizarre dream that my alarms went off but I checked the time at 1:45 am and went back to sleep.

MsTinkerbelly 02-10-2017 09:57 PM

I stayed up until 2 am reading, and was up by 7:30 am to let the dog out. I'm a bit tired, and loading the trailer took FOREVER because I kept resting.

I feel an early night ahead. :byebye:

Gemme 02-11-2017 06:30 AM

I tried to make it to bed earlier last night; I really did. But my evening shower woke me up too much and I caught a second wind and didn't get tired enough for bed until the eleven o'clock hour again. I didn't wake at 3:40 this time, though. No, it was 3:37.

One bathroom break, once around the house and a lot of peeking out to see what the snow plows were doing and how much new snow had fallen and then I was ready to slide back under those super warm and snuggly covers. I still didn't get to sleep right away but I dozed off and on until around 5 and then my alarm woke me at 6:30 so, all in all, it was about the same as the previous night except I'm in a lot more discomfort now as I have two continuous days of heavy snow shoveling under my belt. I had to pull out the Icy Hot this morning.

Liam 02-11-2017 06:47 AM

I'm guessing five, but it feels like four, I fell asleep reading twice.

MsTinkerbelly 02-11-2017 09:52 AM

I stayed up until 1 am, knowing I still have a busy day ahead of me...

Eyes wide open at 7:30...well, eyes puffy slits in my face. :|

Let's get this camper on the road! :pirate-steer:

JDeere 02-11-2017 11:11 AM

8, but not restful sleep. I drank too much and had acid reflux most of the night.

nycfem 02-11-2017 04:43 PM

I slept from 2am to 11am, I think, so about 9 hours which is perfect for me.

C0LLETTE 02-11-2017 04:56 PM

About 5.5..fitfully. I wear one of those better breathing devices ( whatever it's called ) at night . I don't have sleep Apnea but I like the cool moist air it provides.

I breath great but the head gear stabs me in the ear every time i turn over. I'm going to have to work on that.

Liam 02-12-2017 06:17 AM

Seven and a half hours.

Orema 02-12-2017 06:20 AM

Eight or so hours. Woke up a lot but that's okay a long as I'm able to fall back asleep.
