State Farm auto claims office seriously has issues of getting things right and doing things right the first time. They also have issues with telling me three different things during three different calls. (Don't get me started on how many times the body shop has had to call them)
They've messed up the estimate, messed up the supplemental request, messed up the payment of supplemental request TWICE, messed up the letter that came attached to the second payment, said I owed another $500 deductible because they processed the supplemental as a different estimate, told me there's a third check in the mail but couldn't tell me why they split the payments or why they didn't pay the full supplemental request (no justification for the missing $388 or why they were telling me I owed another $500) but told me I may be responsible for paying the difference between the supplemental request and what they actually paid. But they totally screwed up the payment for the supplemental request (which was for a whole new door and extra parts).

OMG, then the pinstripe company they assigned me to and made the quote for has refused to go to the body shop...they insisted the body shop owner bring it to them. He can't do that. So they said they had to charge me WAY over the State Farm estimate (like off the street customer) if I bring the truck to them on my own. They REFUSED to do what State Farm said they are supposed to do, they are the only one in three or four counties that do this kind of hand painted stuff...yet they are quoting me over twice what State Farm estimated and sent money for. They expected the body shop to deliver it to them at 64 mile round trip, sit there waiting on it to be done, then bill the body shop...OMG :angry::explode::annoyed::angry::argue::badmood::a ngry::explode::annoyed::argue:

The third time I called State Farm today, the lady literally told me (after looking at all the numbers on her screen) she was more confused than I was and she couldn't make sense of what had been processed and why the claim-vs-payment numbers weren't working out. She was clueless. Then she got pissy with me when she asked to transfer me to a different department and I said no, that since she admitted she was very confused and couldn't resolve my questions, she needed to escalate this whole claim to someone above her to resolve, to send me corrected letters, to remove the second $500 and have her supervisor call me.

When I go to the body shop, he was on the phone with his "state farm computer person" to figure out why their system assigned a $500 deductible to the supplemental request? It shouldn't do that and they couldn't get it fixed for him.

We both have gone rounds with them for over a week and they just keep fucking it up.

Plus he's still waiting to receive two parts for the door and State Farm told him the painting/"blocking in" of the bed to match the door is not included (but their initial estimate included it).

This is INSANE...

I really really fucked up today.
Before the sun was up, I was unloading laundry from the truck with the plan of loading two dogs up for a trip to the vet before 7:30....
With my arms full, I tripped over a fucking tree root, twisted my pelvic bones, hips and legs and fell HARD on my right side. Knocked the wind outa me, laid there till I could pull myself up, had to get to the house, change my muddy clothes then load the dogs. If it wasn't for the laundry I was carrying, my landing would have been much worse.
I have every intention of taking my sawsall to that root tomorrow.

Finding out my sisters are fighting as our mom is dying. There are 8 of us total she had, i was the only one adopted out. Just hearing this makes me mad as hell. I dont get all the stories because the sisters dont always include me in on everything.

A friend of mine is Lewisville,Texas was attacked by a hetero couple in her apartment complex. She has a concussion as well as other injuries and was told to stop dressing and acting like a man. The female of the couple was over at my friends apartment earlier today, however they have not been arrested or any charges pressed against them. Just a case was opened and will be investigated, which is BULLSHIT!

Well it was Saturday and not today but the bleeping new Microsoft Windows 10 update has completely destroyed my computer. :wallbreak:

I have tried to do everything to fix it.

My previous computer isn't working either.

I am trying to work on an old Netbook running on Vista. I am so freaking done with Microsoft. I ordered an iPad from Verizon. Waiting for it to get here.

Freaking unreal that a major corporation could release an update like that going around destroying people's computers. I'm not the only one this has happened to. My laptop was only 2 years old.

My aunt Carol.

My aunt Janet is having a gathering at her house today for her husband's birthday. My mom told me a couple weeks ago she wasn't going. My mother is OCD and the most sanitary person I have ever met. She told me she doesn't feel like some people at these gatherings are very sanitary. For example, at the last event one of the nieces changed her baby's diaper and didn't wash her hands and then someone used their hands to get food. My mom's immune system is very low so she has to be very careful about germs. Plus, she hasn't been feeling well.

When she told my aunt Carol she didn't want to go my aunt gave her a hard time. (My mom won't tell her how she feels about the unsanitary stuff or when she's not feeling well) Carol thinks just because my mom doesn't look sick and that she still goes on walks and does things in her yard that my mom is fine. She always drives and then keeps my mom up there all day. My mom always feels bad when she gets home.

I am a little irritated with my mom for not sticking to her guns. I want to say something to Carol but my mom doesn't want me to do that. I feel like I should at least say something.

I am sorry buddy, it seems like a hard situation to be in. Can you take mom to the party but eat elsewhere?

Thank you, Chad. She went with my aunt. I had to run out before she got here. I'm still debating on whether or not to say something to her when they get home. Part of the irritation is my mom will complain to me about it and then I go into protective mode. I wish she wasn't so stubborn and would be honest and tell people when she's not feeling well. She's an adult but it pisses me off when people don't have compassion and common sense. Chemotherapy is rough on anyone. My mom tries her best to stay active even when she feels crappy. She's been experiencing flu like symptoms for weeks which is common with chemo and she tires quickly. I just hate that she's not doing what she wants to do and letting my aunt guilt her into things. I wish they could just feel what she feels for a week and see how well they handle it. Plus it's just dangerous for my mom to be around germs right now.

Ok so I have had the same PayPal acct for like 20 years, before stupid crap got popular. Well anyway I wanted to hook a different Visa card to PayPal . Simple right. I enter number hit button I get msg it says card is already associated with anothervpaypal account......ok I figure I screwed up number enter again same thing... one more time same message. So I call PayPal .... seems my credit card that is an account only in my name and only one card issued in my name is listed and authorized in someone else’s account 🧐🤨🧐🤨🧐 so I ask how did that happen? The account has no other info about me just my credit card number and they won’t tell me who the person is, they need to protect the dickheads privacy 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬mfingsobfingasshat can steal my card and they protect the thieving 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬’s privacy. So PayPal gonna investigate. I call the bank tell them... oh yeah there are charges 😤😤😤😤😤😤🤯🤯🤯🤯🤬matter of fact🤬🤬a big bunch...not mine since they were all thru PayPal and PayPal np right... umm not quite...I head out of town Thursday, this card is no good, the $$ limit the thief hit... anduntil paypal and the bank have a little chat... Post op surgery annoyances........

Woke up to a message from nurse asking to call her to see how I was due to having some issues. So I called her back and we talked. She asked me to come in to be seen.

I requested not to see dr n. (Who I’ve seen once before and she swooped in and out without really listening to me so I had a negative opinion of her) due to my surgeon not being in today. So they said they will try to get me in with dr c. Don’t know her but I’m like ok. Ended up with dr n anyway. Which this time wasn’t so bad so I was ok with it. But my paper work says I saw dr c. Wtf? Anyway they decided to do a C.T. but I guess because she wanted results now and not by appointment which I guess could mean a different day....told me to go over to the ER and get it done. So I spend all damn day in the ER drugged up half asleep most of the time. (I didn’t ask for pain meds they just asked about pain and when they gave me the IV next thing I know they give me pain meds through it) so I Finally get C.T. then am told dr n is in flight and they will speak to her once she lands to see how she wants to proceed. Again wtf?? So I sleep more and wait for what seems like forever. Finally leave with antibiotics starving and feeling worse than when I went in because it was 8pm and I had been drugged and no food or drink since I woke up today. I did have fluids through IV but also a big ass headache when all was done.

Pretty annoying day. Glad it’s over. And yes I feel pissed that I had to do all that for antibiotics. Especially the freaking ER!

Someone who usually isn't nice to me being nice to me now that money is involved.
