Alarm Kat apparently is an eavesdropper. He must of heard us talk about the possibility of sleeping in a little today (till 8a, really?) well, sure enough....he woke me an hour earlier. It's easier to get up, because he is relentless so up at 3:45 instead of our (him and I, 4:45)
I had yogurt, fresh blue berries and an espresso. I didn't want to run the blender and wake up A. however, I'm making stuffed bell peppers and bananna peppers in the crock pot. Stuffed with quinoa and diced assorted veggies and this great home made sauce. That can cook in the slow cooker all day (high in the mid 90's today ick)....we will pick up some fresh bread, lite rye or pumpernickle while we are out this morning. Eat something substantial, hope everyone is kicking off the week end, we are! P.S. alarm kat is sleeping on the dining room chair....I should disturb him.....lol |

Since I'm on a mini vacation, I'm not concerned about my diet. Thus, instead of eating only three strawberry toaster strudels, I ate ALL 6! MUWAHAHHA.... :jester:

16 oz H2O with lemon, 6 0z steak, 8 oz skim milk mixed with 54 Gm protein powder ...does a body good.....

fresh squeezed oj 1/2 organic apple 1 Tb Chia 1/2 c organic pineapple 1/4 c organic fresh apple cider 1 1/2 c kale (stems removed) |

When I had my 2nd cuppa, I grabbed a piece of cornbread with butter I'm now thinking about lunch :| |
