Cup of plain Greek yogurt and fresh berries...almost as tasty as 3 fried eggs, home fries, 1 pancake (with syrup), 2 slices of buttered toast with jam, 4 sausages, and a tablespoon of ketchup.

Nothing, I have food but had nothing left for breakfast that was quick and easy to fix. I need to shop, stock up on more boxes of cold cereal, instant oatmeal packs, pre-cooked/microwave ready sausages, fruit and so on. I always have grand ambitions, noble intentions when it comes to breakfast but the truth is when it's hot out, the AC is struggling to keep up and I'm tired the last thing I want to do is cook or have same old, same old (because it's easy) scrambled eggs fixed in the microwave again meal.

I had a grilled cheese and turkey sandwich with hot Irish tea to drink. Also drinking Gatorade because it will be hot in Texas today.

My kid fell asleep on the couch...so I don't know how I Will get breakfast...let alone what.
I can say I'm happy to be done with Food Lions store brand of vanilla Greek yogurt. It was awful. |
I had about 4 or 5 oz of angus sirloin cooked in my cast iron skillet and a big bowl of fresh fruit (red grapes, mandarin sections, blueberries and strawberries) with chocolate milk to drink.

I cooked some shaved beef in the cast iron skillet and added some Southwestern salsa to the mix then ladled that onto a toasted multigrain low carb wrap that I'd already schmeared with spicy gauc and shredded cheese. Wrapped that up and ate with blueberries and red seedless grapes. Chocolate milk to drink. Great post workout meal!

Had a pimento cheese sammie on leaf lettuce instead of bread Yesterday it was bacon and tomato wrapped in leaf lettuce I'll tell ya I am not a rabbit it takes a while to chew up that lettuce lol |

Better late than never. I just had two scrambled eggs with bell peppers, onions, cheese, and pico de gallo, toast with plum jam, fresh tomato, and link sausage. Apple juice to drink.

Two organic brown eggs, semi-scrambled into a patty with Mexican 4-cheese shredded cheese on a multigrain sandwich thin with honey, bacon jerky and grape jelly. Yes, that is weird. No, I haven't done it before. Yes, I will likely do it again because it's pretty damn good. Fruit salad of honeydew, strawberries, grapes and blueberries on the side with chocolate milk to drink.

Today I had a cream on top coffee yogurt, followed by a warm cream biscuit with raspberry jam, and my usual "I Love Lemon" tea.

Had what I'm basically trying to turn into a tempeh pulled pork sandwich lol Someone I know ended up with his tempeh looking almost like vegan pulled pork by accident one day and I've been trying to replicate it. A step closer today.
So basically smokey maple tempeh cut up (tried to get it to crumble instead) and cooked in pan with olive oil and bbq sauce. Put in sandwich with some shredded cheddar daiya. Followed it up with a banana and left over Ontario concord grapes. |

We are having breakfast in the "big city" this morning, then we are going shopping.
I will be having Cinnamon roll French toast...it is the size of my plate! I can't even eat half of it, so it will come home to split for dessert later. Nom nom |
