Steel cut oatmeal cooked in unsweetened coconut milk with apples, chia seeds, hemp seeds, walnuts, lots and lots of cinnamon, and a dollop of cream.

a protein shake with v8 fusion, a scoop of gyto green super food, scoop of vanilla protein and a banana

Bread with butter and cranberry orange marmalade. That's terrible, isn't it? But it tastes so good.

Breakfast was a stale-ish muffin and dishwater coffee from some corner store on my way to the dentist. And then the shower drain backed up.
