I buy one new Christmas ornament every year. This not only prevents the tree from getting overloaded, but it keeps me from feeling guilty if I spend a lot on a single ornament.

I don't get excited about Christmas. I don't dislike it ... it just doesn't move me like it does most people... young and old. If I had kids I'm sure their joy would become my joy.

This all sounds highly subversive you two!

I always start my day with water. I'm not the type that can wake up and eat right away. I feel as though my stomach needs to wake up and sometimes it takes awhile to even feel hungry to eat. Even if I were to have a smoothie or fresh juice I wait until much later in the morning which is often closer to noon. So when I say I'm having breakfast it's really lunch. :)

I do not own a cell phone, and leave the ringer off my internet line.
