I smile over snow pictures:) but today, I have my own snow. Little amount as it is, but SNOW! I know nothing compared to what half of you are complaining about. But I'm the transplanted Cali girl to Texas. This is amazing, be it every now and then. I love changing weather! |

Hitting some thrift stores with my sweetheart, put several smiles on my face today. I scored a beautiful sportcoat and a magical hoodie with snakes, winged skulls, and other meaningful symbols - I feel like I have my armor on, and that I am well protected, when I wear it. :)

Listening to my niece sing along to the song Roar by Katy Perry in the car . I was surprised that she knew every word and she is a pretty good singer. I know music is so important to her she loves it. The first thing she does when she hops in my truck is turn the xm on and start changing my channels to the ones she likes. hahaha Now if she would just memorize her school work, like she does the words to songs, we might be getting somewhere. :)

Hearing the door bell ring. A cute little boy was delivering the Girl Scout cookies I had ordered. I say to him, "your not the Girl Scout I ordered them from!" He replies.."nope, I'm anti Girl Scout!" I ask him, has he eaten any cookies. He says, yes. Then I ask, "Which is your favorite kind?". "Thin mints!" "Me too! Good thing you brought mine to me! Thank you anti Girl Scout delivery brother!!!" Guess what I'm having later?? |
