Tapas for friends tonight...
Feta-stuffed artichoke bottoms...smoked salmon-and-olive blini....and crabmeat cucumber rounds...w/white chocolate fondue for dessert.

Tonight - Steak and salad...Tomorrow - Slow cooking a Butt on the grill for her arrival ;)

Easy dinner tonight-sliced ham; green beans and either corn or yellow rice.
I thought about homemade chicken & dumplings but really do not have time for that since the chicken is frozen. Plus, I promised Riley that I would bake his fave cookies tonight. :sparklyheart: |
