The morning was lovely once the laundry was done. After that, We took Our time with breakfast and putting the stuff away and playing with the kitteh. I tinkered about the house while DC had video chats with a couple of family members. We went out and about just before noon so that was Our Sunday morning.

This morning was lovely and cool outside. After I took Tiny Dog out, she ran around in the leaves, and sniffed lots of things. We spent the rest of the morning being lazy. Happy Sunday, everybody! |

I slept in and watched CBS Sunday Morning News. I had breakfast and now I am watching "Shop Around The Corner" (1940) with Margaret Sullivan and Jimmy Stewart. It was the original "You've Got Mail". Woke up before sunrise, and took a cup of coffee and my jacket out to the patio, and watched the sun rise. Drove 98 miles round trip to adopt/rescue a kitteh, who is hiding under my bed. Hope she comes out soon.

So hard to believe that today is the first Sunday of December. Gosh, time flies. The new year will be here, in just a few weeks. Today has been a quiet peaceful day.

I can't quite believe it myself or how it happened but I have DVR'd the Rams/Eagles game and all the pre and post game discussions.
If my dad were still alive he would flip. Some of our biggest fights were when my brothers and I were watching something on our one TV in the family room and dad would walk in and change the channel to watch football (or bowling-I will never go that far). Happy Sunday, with whatever you have planned! I am going to make an egg white omelette with mushrooms and cheese now. |

I slept in and watched CBS Sunday Morning News. The show featured a heart warming story about an anonymous wealthy man helping out the fine people of Texas that suffered from hurricane Harvey. I spent this morning wrapping Christmas presents, listening to Christmas carols, and I had one . . . just one! . . . Christmas cookie for breakfast. (It was a chocolate covered peanut and salted caramel cookie. Yummmmmmmy.)

We began the morning by sleeping in until a little after 7. That was amazing! Then We roused Ourselves, played with teh kittehs and turned the heat back up. I got the laundry started and fed the little monsters. We had Our breakfasts and discussed financials for the next couple weeks before watching some TV and getting on with Our day.
