I had a heap of boiled peanuts....the Cajun kind....my favorite :)

Im pondering on having a peach to help cool the burn...but then I like the burn....lol

Tonight: fresh greens, roasted beets, blueberries, balsamic dressing, feta cheese.

Stuffed mushrooms (shrimp,rice,a few nuggets of corn for color,herbs for flavor)simmered in red sauce.A baked sweet potato on the side and maybe sliced tomatoes.

Today is my honey's birthday, so I am cooking baked pork chops, smashed red potatoes, corn, garlicky green beans and cake for dessert.

I had the sausage but with a salad instead of rice and sprouts

I wasn't expecting to eat anything after my late lunch but.....

I was asked to work in the kitchen tonight at the country club. (I work there part time) We had a little bit of a lull and the cook asked me if I was hungry. At that point I WAS peckish....since I literally picked at my food over the frying pan seconds before leaving for work...lol

The cook made me hot wings....they were omg good. And....there was chocolate mousse in the fridge that HAD to get used up tonight. Had to. So...I helped :D

Hi,

I am having chips, dip, and salsa.

Chicken in white sauce, twice baked potatoes, cranberry sauce and snowflake bread.

I make some dishes and give them their own names. Tonight it was Jacked Up Peppers.

Crab and cream cheese stuffed peppers with a tomato sauce over them. The cream cheese also has a few jalapeños mixed in for that zip.

Open house night at Red's school, she is finally on the way home and we are headed out for fun with some wonderful friends from Texas. Eating at Saii Sushi House, it is to die for.

Tonight my sisters are making my favorites because vacation is almost over. We are having steamed little neck clans, spinach salad and stuffed artichokes...I am truly blessed to have the love of my family!
