Last night I made pork tenderlion roasted with italian seasonings and a garlic mustard sauce, twice baked potatoes, and sauteed brussel sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower and mushrooms.

I cooked a pork roast in the crock pot,then fixed some string beans with new potatoes,corn bread.. tea to drink..

I had a cup of the new Chobani steel cuts oats Greek yogurt! I think I have a new(er) fave than my old standby of the Chobani's coconut Greek yogurt.

I had Subway! A BLT on 9 grain honey oat bread. Every veggie except onions and hot peppers. Double pickle plus oil and vinegar and a stripe of chipotle southwest sauce. My usual, basically. Super fantastic, I say!

Returning home from my day trip I had a grilled chicken sandwich, fruit cup, and tea from chickfila.

Last night I took some chicken veggie soup out of the freezer,then reheated it,sprinkled some Italian six blend cheese over it..boy was it ever good.Oh, and I also had a french roll to sop up the juice.
