i had an avocado...i have been craving one for Dayysssss :) Too hot to eat a real meal....

Tonight I steamed fish felet's in evoo,a couple thin pats of blue bonnett light butter,with a good sprinkle of minced garlice and a dash of cajun spices.Then I added some sliced tomatos and cukes with a dash of sea salt.This is just right for a summer time dinner.

Kale, spinach, ginger, celery, cuccumber, and 2 green apples in a juice. Ginger is hot. I do not like ginger, it will not be used again. The kale ain't too great either, but I think if I do a sweet apple and a green apple next time, and NO ginger, it won't make me feel like i'm drinking battery acid.

I made a chicken stir fry with fresh sugar snaps and some leftover 100% whole grain spaghetti (pasta) that I had in the freezer, and a bit of sesame ginger dressing.

macaroni noodles with ground beef, mushrooms, bell peppers, and marinara sauce :) and garlic naan.

My girl and I enjoyed a lovely skype dinner date. Chicken burgers and cucumber salad, YUMMY and the company was delightful!

We were naughty....chicken breasts, risotto with plenty of butter and parmesan....and sundaes for dessert made with the last of the peanut butter brownies, vanilla ice cream, and homemade hot fudge. :chef2:

With the kid here visiting, I will confess, I have been slacking! So we had cubanitos yesterday, today was cubans for us and sonic for the kid... But tomorrow I vow to cook, and I already have it planned! Italian breaded chicken cutlets, au gratin potatoes, green beans, and homemade brownies for dessert :)
