Bought salsa and chips, check.
Inconvenienced myself by having to stop at TWO stores instead of one on the way to work and almost being late, check.
Fake the happy until the pain killers kick in or you really feel it, check.

I did ALL of these things before I popped in here and even knew I was celebrating national days. :blink:
