I tend to err on the side of over-dressed more often than under-dressed...but the times when I've found myself "under" dressed it usually has to do with revealing too much cleavage.


*My H.S. BFFs wedding, I was a bridesmaid, but I was living abroad, one little old lady did the alterations for the rest of the (fleet of) bridesmaids....my mom did mine. ..... consequently I was showing about 4" more leg and a whole lot more cleavage than the rest of the girls. (awkward at photo time, thank heavens for well-placed ridiculously big bouquets)

*My fabulous tie top tankini? ... perfect on a beach in Hawai'i, less than appropriate at a family picnic. :|

*And pretty much every Halloween for the past decade, I have put in zero effort.... the former Costume Designer in me is duly ashamed.

I have a ridiculously small amount of storage and counter space so I live a zen very-few-appliances lifestyle, no toaster or microwave or drip coffee maker etc etc. I actually prefer it, in most instances...

*a vacuum, as much as I detest it, a girl with 3 pets can not live with a swiffer alone
