Persevering through being on hold for 30 minutes SO FARl! I'm way to bullheaded to ever give/hang up! Three weeks ago I hung on for Comcast for over an hour! However, if they have a service where you get an option of either hanging on OR leaving your number and they'll call you back, I'll opt for the having them call me back! I might be bullheaded, but I'm no dummy:seeingstars:
