I can control my reactions and emotions in every situation. I can push back the overwhelming anxiety that threatens to engulfs me and bask instead in the sunshine of personal serenity.

I give thanks that:
If I get side-tracked, I just start over!
I am starting over by allowing myself to walk through the feeling I am afraid to feel!
My choice is not to wallow in misery! Today is a new day … I am starting over!

I make mistakes, but I am not a mistake.

I can back up, begin again, and ask for help.

I am breathing through the hard times.

bring it on, bring it all the hell on - I am untouchable!!

affirmation to self:
tighten up, lay low, keep your mouth shut and suck it the fuck up


and eventually the screaming in your head will decrease

I regret my previous post ... sorry!

Working through something painful that I cannot make better, change and have no control over. Some anger is setting in. Seems like anger hurts less than the raw pain.

I'll get it worked out of me eventually.

I am a strong woman and a supportive mom. I make choices that are best for my family. Even when my children are upset with me it does not make those choices less right.

I will be joyous and positive throughout my day. I will find beauty in small things and happiness in simple moments.

“I possess an endless supply of creativity, energy and tolerance for any project that I assume.”

I will remember and acknowledge the joy in every breath and moment. I will smile for no reason and love without holding back. I will build for myself the life I want and draw only goodness into that space.

Always and All Ways
 

I can do anything, at any time, in any way I see fit. I am capable.

I am exactly where I am supposed to be right here, right now.
And so it is!

I know what my priorities are and I can stand up for my way of life. I am a good woman, mother, friend, and person in general. And those who are good for me see this too.

Today I will exude confidence and strength. I will see the good in the world and pull it into my life. I will show passion and grace and follow my path without doubt or hesitation.

I will not flinch in the face of sacrifice, hesitate in the presence of procrastination, negotiate at the table of fear, ponder at the pool of popularity, or meander in the maze of mediocrity. I won't Give Up, Shut up, let up, until I've stayed up, stored up, prayed up, and paid up, and become the person that God intended me to be. What I think about, I bring about, look out and have no doubt, when I am committed that's when I stand out from mediocrity.

I CAN DO THIS!!!

As I start this day, I allow my mind, my body, and my soul to relax and heal. As I move throughout this day, I draw in healing white light and with each passing moment, I grow stronger and healthier. I am the embodiment of health and beauty.

I will be
 

I am the combination of all that has, is, and will happen to me and around me. I am beautiful and strong. I will draw from the power that resides within me and overcome every obstacle in my way.

I am womanly in my presence, caring in my attitude and loving in my personality.

FUCK IT is an expectable attitude from time to time. You are 100% allowed to do something for you, even if it doesn't mesh with everyone else's plans for your day.

Universal power is individualized in me. I am creatively expressing my highest potential.

Life I what I make it every day. It doesn't matter who or what may cross my path, it only matters how I choose to respond to them.

I am at peace with the world around me and the world is at peace with me.

I am the joy I seek in the world.

I wake up today with strength in my heart and clarity in my mind.

I have all I need in life and know that the fates will provide means for all my needs to come.

Today I'll be in charge of my growth if I choose to determine my own emotions.
