ME AS WELL!!

That there are some things that I used to could do for myself. However now I need a little Helping Hand sometimes. The other thing I am realizing is that those I used to could count on for a helping hand are no longer living or perhaps are physically unable to help anymore

The wisdom in the flight attendant's instructions: "If you are traveling with a child or someone who may need assistance, first make sure your oxygen mask is working and then help them."

If I don't take care of me, how can I help anyone else? And I'm worth it.
