I had beef tips and mash potatoes a salad with some dinner rolls.

I drank a green smoothie a bit ago that had 2 cups of mixed greens,(kale and spinach) in it along with the juice of 4 oranges and half of an avocado, so I am not hungry for supper.
I have some leftover hella spicy soup if I get hungry though, that and a piece of wheat bread with some organic sweet cream butter.

I had grilled chicken on a bed of power greens, with thinly sliced English cucumbers, green onions, and yellow tomatoes, topped with an Asian sesame dressing.

I made bacon cheese burgers ad seasoned fries

Club salad... No darn tomatoes or bleu cheese crumbles

Making meatloaf

3 lbs ground beef
2 tbsp dried parsley
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp Italian herbs mix
Last tbsp Dale's (low sodium)
1 cup oatmeal
3 large eggs (one per lb)

Smashed taters, green beans, salad .... not sure what else.

I think I'm all cooked out for a few days... I've spent the last two weeks creating a huge Halloween themed designer cake. Maybe tonight will be something heated up from the freezer.

It's Halloween......
 

Safe to say my dinner will be candy. I even have a little fella to take trick or treating this year! That little Batman won't mind if I snag a kitkat or 2.

I went to Wendys with the plan to get a salad and baked potato....

Well....

They had a picture up...of pulled pork and cheese over french fries... I don't know if I was just really hungry or prone to signage but.....yeah I got that. And an obligatory frosty...then I had an apple when I got home just to appease the nutrition goddess...you know who you are!!!

Something at Hoffbrau Steak House...maybe start off with fried pickles and ranch. And then maybe the Tenderloin Blue Cheese Salad.

Im thinking pb and j....if I can motivate myself to leave the house for bread....maybe soup too...if...again...I get motivated to go buy pots.....while Im out for the bread...

5 lbs chicken sans skin excess fat
1 tbsp each: garlic powder, Italian seasoning, dried parsley
1tsp each: wimpy gringo cayenne, thyme, sage, paprika
6 cubes chicken bullion (for salt factor)

Will debone after chicken is done. Getting ready to add two chopped onions.
The Roomie is already saying it smells great. Just started it!

I ordered one of those electric pressure cookers, making mac n cheese as I type! Will definitely be taking some of this to work and freezing some also!
