Finding out that nothing has really changed. It's always interesting to see that.

I headed out for a random drive...seeking out a trailhead for a mountain I'm anxious to hike...got lost...which I love doing...ended up on a road windi.g up and up th mountain....then downdowndown....and ended up in Black Mountain...the town I love best...

Took Jacques out for a walk. Found the teahouse that I want to try...and where I will look for a cast iron steeping teapot...and found a class Id like to take this month...then walked uptown and HAPPENED by the ice cream shop I love...and as I was tying Jacques to the bench outside, the owner came to the door and said he was welcome inside! She pointed out her two workers in the window looking at him very happily :)

So we went in and I got a sundae with salted caramel ice cream and Peruvian chocolate fudge.....and real whipped cream....gleee

Then numerous other people came in and Jacques played social butterfly. He's soo my ambassador. I talk to all kinds of people when he's with me. Oh and the owner gave him vanilla ice cream.....happy accident finding my way there tonight :)

What made me smile?

taking a stroll out along the park and fountain/pond after eating dinner. its always so nice at the park. :)

I treated myself to a dirty chai and a slice of pumpkin chocolate chip bread..

Had a great day at work...

Was driving down the road and happened to see a theater playing The Grand Budapestt Hotel (!!) So I googled and the movie was starting in 23 minutes! Went in to find its one pf those super cool theaters where you can get pizza and beer while you watch a movie (!!!) While trying to figure out where to buy a ticket, I see one of my clients. She owns the place and tells me anything I want is on her!

Soo I got to see a great movie, have the best pizza ever and thanks to a lady I already loved, it was a cheap date. :)

And...I got great pics of a fresh haircut besides...

It has been a blessed day...

oddly enough, this same act has officially creeped me out for the rest of the day, and it making me want to shower profusely

----Getting to hangout with myself was fun today. I was just on my timeline. Felt good. Think I am going to hibernate at home the next 48 hours. Hangout in the bedroom and watch movies and play with makeup and nail colors.---Yep. Thinks that the plan.---- :penguin:

Ohhh its my absolute favorite drink...which I get RIGHT DOWN THE STREET.....ahem...

The barista actually asked me if I "minded" a double shot of espresso....I think I stared blankly for a second...then said, "is that actually a question??"

Their chai is nice and gingery too :)

I totally forgot to mention tbe best part about the movie theater! They do the Rocky Horror Picture show there!!!

My sweet momma. I just received a package of chocolate covered strawberries and cherries from her for Valentine's Day. She always makes sure to send me something special. :heartbeat:

My brother!!

He and my cousin's widow are taking a trip to visit a time share she and my cousin haddvin Texas....

They stopped by on the way through Asheville and we had dinner together!

I got to hold my late cousin's son...he is the picture of David....sigh

I go to hug on my brother a whole lot and he's super eager to visit now that he's seen the mountains....and tried the local beer!

We talked about a family vacation at the beach this summer too :)

Such a happy surprise...I'm gonna be smiling for days!!!

I have been using treats to reinforce going potty outside for my little babies. Smudgie caught on real quick. After he pees, he immediately looks at me and stands on his hind legs ready for his treat. He also is a huge faker and will "fake pee" to get more treats. He is such a love and always makes me smile!:-D

The kidletts taking care of Mommy and telling me to stay in bed because I'm sick.

Finally being able to put my recent past issues behind, felling great!!! Now time to love and focus on me instead of someone else... Yep I'm smiling 😄

I'm done unpacking! It took me a lot longer than i thought it would, but everything is finally in place. :)
