I should get points for REMEMBERING to bring dinner to work!
I brought a mixture of tomatoes, baby spinach, home grown sprouts, and cucumbers and put it in a pita with artichoke spinach hummus....mmmmmmmm ive also been snacking on some trail mix since i forgot that i remembered my dinner :|

Dinner tonight...

My turn to use the crock pot. Going to put some pork in and slow cook it in root beer . Sounds strange, but it comes out sooo good. When it's finished pull it apart and mix in some sweet baby ray BBQ sauce, and ta da...pulled pork !

Later this afternoon im makeing chicken gumbo,also i'm thinking of bakeing some dinner rolls or sweet yellow corn bread,both go really well with gumbo.
