LOTS of June gloom

Tropical storm Debbie is knocking on my back door and bringing some ugly storms with her. They say she is going to move west, but right now all of the ugliness is on top of this area. Stay safe everyone!

Hope everyone is inside and safe today in Florida. We've had so much rain the last few day, especially today, that half of the backyards in my subdivision are now a part of the big pond that is back there.

Kat- Just heard there is a tornado in Safety Harbor/Tarpon Springs area someplace and it is heading north. That is very close to us both!

I just checked the outside temp,its a whoping 97* in the shade.My fur kids have been hanging out in the house mostly....so have I.

take care and stay dry! winds are over 70 mph, floods, up to 15 inches of rain.

i bet the grocery stores are packed with peeps shopping for canned goods, water, the basics...

I guess more storms to come , it's windy out now but no rain right now. Later, is another story. Hunker down ... stay safe.

Tazz- Hopefully those people did their shopping during the days before the storm, of course we do get a lot of tourists here that don't prepare ahead during hurricane season.

Kat- Yep, I'm good so far, other than the fact that my back yard is now a part of the pond, as are all of my neighbors' yards...it's crazy to see fences and trees in the pond. lol The weather channel said there were over 25 tornadoes reported yesterday and more to come today, but only few inches of rain is likely. :| Not sure where those few inches of rain is going to go, we got 10+ yesterday.

How are you doing over that way?

In Central Florida and I see sunshishe outside!! I think I will see it more at the end of this week. Thank God. We've had rain and more rain and more rain. . and dodged tornados the last couple of days.
