The view from my little room...
Even with the roomie gone, I'm thinking I still want this roon...watching the sky wake up and hearing the birds sing in the woods is a delight. I can't imagine not waking up to this every day... :) |

Today and every day for a while now!
As of nine days ago I became an uncle, 7lb 8 ounces of utterly gorgeous little girl. Arya. I am going to spend the rest of my life taking care of my precious neice. |
getting the patio finally cleared off. I've been here a year, you'd think it would have been done by now
Also, my tomato plants not dying would make me smile a lot (I think our faucet water is doing it) |

Being asked by my boss today to become a mentor for new employees. It will involve some travel but they pay well for that. I've only been with this company 10 months. IT is SOOOO nice to be with a company that values their employees. I am very lucky.

Realizing how valued I am by my employers. They rearranged my schedule because I needed more hoirs and they didn't want me to have to go elsewhere for work. They may even know of a potential roommate for me...

Puppy cuddles A long, informative, productive, healthy conversation this morning On a slow drive home past the horse ranch, it delighted me so much to see another tiny, precious, frisky, brand new colt. There's been a new one every day for a week...They just melt my heart. Especially the one that was running for her first time "feeling her legs and kicking up dirt". Being appreciated and Respected Gathering eggs from Chicken Roo and Chicken Little. And a great dinner |
