From the roadside farmers market:
3 yellow squash 3 zucchini 2 packages of freshly peeled garlic cloves for freezing or making roasted garlic. a zucchini loaf- very low in sugar and really good with slices of zucchini throughout the loaf. Then a quick stop by the grocery for buy one/get one free chicken day: Two large packages of leg quarters for cooking on the grill 1 small package of very lean hamburger and 1/4 turkey breast for the rotisserie...both on sale as well. |
Ohhhh and some raw beef bones from the butcher for da Bear boy.
