A banana, strawberry, kiwi smoothie with plain yogurt, a scoop of whey protein, and a super orange Emergen-C thrown in. Good stuff!

It's sweetened with cane sugar and stevia. I know...it's probably still HORRIBLE for your body. But I reason that just thinking it's better for me is creating a placebo effect...so really, my body will just think I'm drinking water. I'm sure that how it works... |

I'm not sure yet,my man child is down with some kind of crudy cold and so far hasn't come out of his room,even for coffee.I am thinking about some breakfast donuts with powdered sugar or french toast.
