A banana, strawberry, kiwi smoothie with plain yogurt, a scoop of whey protein, and a super orange Emergen-C thrown in. Good stuff!

This morning I had my usual work breakfast (though I'm off today...wee!): high fiber maple and brown sugar oatmeal with skim milk and walnuts and pecans and fresh blueberries and low acid oj to drink.

No sweet pickles for me!!! I love the half-sour, or garlic dills...mmm :)

Yeah, I just had one (really big) pickle. lol

Also, I didn't know there was such a thing as low acid OJ. Speaking of acid, haha, have you tried the green coke cans (Coca-Cola Life)? It's sweetened with cane sugar and stevia. I know...it's probably still HORRIBLE for your body. But I reason that just thinking it's better for me is creating a placebo effect...so really, my body will just think I'm drinking water. I'm sure that how it works...

I'm not sure yet,my man child is down with some kind of crudy cold and so far hasn't come out of his room,even for coffee.I am thinking about some breakfast donuts with powdered sugar or french toast.

Love the Coca Cola Life.....in the little glass bottles. Limit myself to one a week as I am not suposed to have caffeine! Stupid arrhythmia!
