last night my babe made light crispy tacos.

tonight or early lunch? I used the leftover hamburger and put it in flour tortillas with shredd cheese, diced onions, avocado and red chile pequin sauce. .

.. and thinking a bite of vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup for dessert soon.

today i made honey pineapple chicken in the crock......hopefully teddy made the almond rice pilaf with it...lol....and i made pasta salad just because i had the stuff for it...
but im at work so i had tabbouli salad and turkish eggplant with herbed pita bread...all very nummy......

Last night was girls night with one of my friends... we sipped strawberry/mango margaritas & munched on chips, salsa, queso & guacamole :)

Tonight, I guess I will be domesticated and cook...

I stopped at the Carniceria on the way home from work. picked up arrachera, tomatoes, jalapenos, cilantro, onions, garlic and corn tortillas. Just finished dicing up, tomatoes, onions, jalapenos and cilantro. Mixed it all together in a bowl and set it in the fridge. I'll do the meat up later when my stomach hollers hungry to me.....so, guess what I'll be having for dinner tonight? Mmmmmmmmm :)
