I ended up working all weekend! Boo I say! I celebrated with my old coworker and his fiancé on Friday when SCOTUS, came back and said they could get married. I'm so happy for them and everyone else who can now get married!

My sunburn is finally healing and now my shoulders are peeling :eatinghersheybar: it was bad when my back started to itch, haha.

I had a very good day, today. Picked my six year old nephew up and he spent the day playing with my best friend's children. We then took him to see the fireworks. He is such a blessing! His mom took several drugs while she was pregnant with him and as a result, she no longer has custody of him. My mom has raised him since he was two months old, and the doctor's believe he is autistic. He's super smart and gets very excited over anything.

Been a while. No less single, just been working a lot.

Never thought I'd be the single, workaholic. But alas, that seems to be my current situation.

HEY I hate to horn in BUT I love me some CHICAGO! If 3 isn't a crowd perhaps after the pier and Bubba Gumps we could hit the magnificent mile for some shopping, head to the North side with stops at Garnet's and Nuts on Clark, then mosey on over to the Melrose Cafe for an ice cold lemonade and more people watching and finally wind up out in Andersonville at the Swedish Bakery after picking up a few books and cards at Women and Children First Bookstore on Clark:hangloose:

Fever and homoe - That sounds great! But I'd suggest the new Margaritaville for dinner. And maybe the haunted cruise on the tall ship that night. :)

Oh! Or maybe something good will be showing at the Shakespeare theater. I saw a great production of Dunsinane earlier this year.
