This day will be spent relaxing and enjoying my birthday. When my birthday rolls around I usually spend some time taking stock in the last year. Anything I would have done differently? Did I learn anything? Did I grow in some way? (not physically, hopefully ;) - however, if I did? Oh well.) Did I strive to realize my purpose here on Earth in some way?
Yes, I am "one of those" people that celebrates this day because I feel it is another good time to be "the man in the mirror". Hope everyone has a great day. Go out and do something fun- and if you cannot get mobile- do something indoors that you enjoy. :) |

I'm up sipping coffee and waiting for it to get just a touch warmer out. Then I'm headed out for a nice long bike ride. After months of waking up to never ending heat and humidity this is soooo nice.

It's been a great morning so far! I got up, took care of the babies, went to the gym and am eating breakfast before I head into the shower and get ready for work.

My Sunday morning just started as I slept in late- which was wonderful. The rest of the day will be spent puttering and then making dinner for my roommates this evening. Right now the big decision is- coffee or tea?

Happy Sunday friends,
I slept in till 9 am. I just put the Sunday pot roast in the crock pot and will start breakfast when mom gets up. I am also waiting for mom to watch CBS Sunday Morning News. I plan to rest today with light chores. I hope that everyone has a happy Sunday, Chad |
yesterday I washed all my winter linens and sweaters ,comforters. etc. It's a brisk morning ,folded all the laundry, had my coffee w/ my dogs on the deck watching the white caps out over the ocean , birds dancing across the sky , choregraphed by the light winds. Roasting a turkey later w/ company coming over. Thinking of steeping a fresh herb w/ orange , lemon , apple rines . Listening to jazzy soul music with weather temperatures of 67 degrees w/ 44 % humidity ~ good hair day too ! Happy Sunday :)

I spent the morning making art and marathoning ER. I worked on some resin tarot pendants I'm making for my bff and it's a struggle. I messed them up on first try. It's been about ten years since I've made one. Had to relearn a couple things. Then I just relaxed online and chatted with some friends and got some packages together that have to go in the mail tomorrow.

Well I spent the morning sleeping and then sleeping and then woke up very aggravated that I slept too long and missed out on most of the day. I know that’s my body saying hey you need more sleep! But geez I worked yesterday and wanted a full free day not a piece of one. Oh well... next weekend I guess lol. Once up (in the afternoon) I got some stuff done and ran errands. Fun fun fun. Oh and paid all my bills for the month. Yes one hella exciting day! That’s ok though I do like to have it out of the way so next weekend can be a fun one. :)

Sunday morning jazz ~ then took down Halloween decorations w/ my daughter ~ fixed the lights in my hutch ~ looks pretty and sparkly :) indirect lighting w/ evergreen scents threw the house today w/ the cold temps ~ lol it was soo Hallmark ! lolol

It's been good so far. Bladder woke me before the alarm but I still snuggled under the covers for a few minutes before acquiescing to Loki's very vocal demands for breakfast. He always thinks he's going to die without his wet food, regardless of how much dry is in the bowl.
Laundry is on, the heat is turned up, recycling has been put out, I've tried my new fuzzy house boots and they are WARM (could only wear them for a few minutes before my tootsies cried for cooler air). The babies have been fed and I'm going to empty the dishwasher and figure something out for brunch. Currently, the CMAs are on in the background. I'm still going through bins to change out my warmer weather clothes with the cooler stuff too. Later, I'll get ready for work but it's only half a day so it's not too bad. |
Woke this morning to find Mortgage left out on the balcony. (Big kitty) He has been attached to me all morning. I think he has abandonment issues :(
Going to the grocery store to pick up things I need for Thursday's dinner. And then coming back to finish this twin size quilt. As I'm sewing each row on, it gets heavier and heavier. It's a rag quilt, and I've been clipping for hours! I sold it on Etsy and making $$$. Yay me. Have a great Sunday. |

we got up at 6, i’ve been enjoying the lovely chatters, made bacon and eggs, enjoying my 2nd cuppa, Christmas lights are on, my butch is near and i am in absolute heaven.

Good Sunday morning, everybody!
I slept until 9am, then got up and had Christmas cookies for breakfast with a cup of tea, while I watched Highlander. Then the boy and the dog woke up. I took the dog out, and then the boy and I painted the last few remaining undecorated Christmas cookies while Tiny Dog ate her breakfast. Now all my cookies are done! Nine batches (whew!). Planning to take a nice nap. Later I'll get up and make some French toast. I hope everyone has a great week! |

Happy Holidays Everyone!
Tidy up the apartment/finish chores leaving nothing to do but relax and enjoy the next couple of days. Tonight Monte gets his big break in the fashion modeling industry when I park him in front of the tree and try and get a few snapshots of him sporting this adorable Christmas print stocking cap I bought him. We've already had a dress rehearsal and he didn't try to escape or rip it off his head but he didn't exactly look too amused either so we'll see. Otherwise nothing special, play online, finish up cards for the post secrets project, listen to Christmas music, a date with Netflix, good times. :cc:
