My customers always make me smile. From the cute little old Ladies who like to bake and sometimes leave me treats in the mailbox to the the family's with children who like to try to scare me which cracks me up. Most times I scare them. Also animals which includes, dogs, cats, birds and a few squirrels who I gave names to. This is what makes my day and makes me appreciate my job. they become a second family to me. Or maybe I'm just strange. Lol:)

my chrissy brought me home a bouquet of flowers after work. A simple bouquet of beautiful colors. Such a good one...

I have had many smiles today let Me see if I can recall them in order.
6am smiled because I actually got up when the alarm went off. 9am a friends comment of NICE on the photo I sent her. 10am hearing you can move in on Monday. 11:30 My best friend reminding Me of cherished memories. between 11am and 3pm to numerous to count brought on by one of the sweetest woman in the world My second best friend and she is straight. then the last as of now would have come from another comment about My pic from someone that has not seen Me in years. The night is still semi early and My day has been near perfect so maybe there are still smiles left out there for Me today. |
- waking up, hearing the birds singing in the trees, feeling the fresh air blowing in & whispering the words Good Morning Daddy with my hand on the commitment around my neck from Him, before climbing out of bed like i always do.. - Going for a run at the Nature Park today, and completing 6km, almost half of which was running.. New personal best, for only being day 3.. When i want something, i go for it.. *that* feels so awesome! - Agreeing to do my very first 5k on July 1st - i'm excited! Small steps to my dream goal of running a Marathon! - The growing success of the Weight Loss Support Group i started at work.. The material i share, the positive feedback i am getting and the motivation i get from it as well as the others. All of our plans, and the support & encouragement - i love it... Very proud of them all! - leaving sticky notes with positive messages on some random lockers today & making them smile, i love the feeling within that i get when i see some approach their locker, read the message & smile big. i can tell it's made a difference in their day, and it, in turn, makes my heart smile. - Plans, plans, PLANS to go see Daddy, SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON :flying: |

what could've been a really disheartening, and devastating visit tonight wasn't.. i didnt break, and i didn't cry. so yeah, i'm smiling. good girl! :) big smiling, and still hopeful- no radiation burns yet! plus, i got a line on some kickass lotion thats sposed to help with that! :praying: also... i skyped for the first time. ha! it was fun.. i laughed big, and enjoyed the hell out of it. who knew? :cheesy: big little things... i'll take it. :) |

It is my pleasure and I am in awe of some of the wonderful writing I find here on The Planet. There are those of us who have the talent to convey the nuances of the soul and lay bare their desires for the reader to comprehend. I commend them for that gift they so readily share. :rrose:

My morning job cancelling (after my alarm not going off, having 10 min to shower, get dressed and get out the door..actually making it ON time.. And my student being absent after all that). Murphy's Law...
On that note, going to take a nice jog at the beach at some point. I wanna get back in shape! Smiles :) |
