My new shoes are hurting my feet but they look good! I still cannot believe I paid $40 for them, when they originally cost $150. Gotta love the Outlet Malls!

My interview for BestBuy is at 1:30pm today, and I'm hoping to get a part time job with them!

I hope my mom's Mother's Day present arrived safely today! I'll call her after my interview.

I confess that I really enjoy reading the Show Me A Picture Of.. thread but I don't play because I can never think of anything to ask someone to show me other than the last 5 things that have been listed.

I confess that I have to get up early tomorrow but I know I will lay there and make deals with myself in between the snooze button and then tomorrow night about 8 p.m. I will cuss myself out for not getting up earlier.

I confess that even though I know I have to get up early, it's 12:37 a.m. and I'm still goofing off on the Interwebs.

It is getting to hot outside and I rather enjoyed my early workout this morning, before the humidity set in.

Eighteen days and counting before I get my old bedroom back. No more sleeping on a couch in the living room!

Today is my youngest brother's birthday and I just realized, I no longer have his cell phone number, since Apple replaced my other iPhone. I hope the number I just sent Happy Birthday greetings to is his number...:blink:

It could take another week for the Peabody Hotel to finish their background check on me...I am going bonkers sitting in this apartment...

You should see the heels that I bought for my new job! You would definately enjoy them...They are by Kenneth Cole and they have this super extra padding in them, so your feet don't hurt...I will pm you a link to his website so you can see them...

That I am nervous about starting my new job tomorrow. I have to be up at 5am in order to get ready and be there by 8am.

I am over having to keep taking my iPhone into the Apple store every two months. I never had this many issues with my 3G iPhone, just the 3GS. If they cannot help me, then I am going to drive across the parking lot to the AT&T store and see what they can do for me. Either way, my iPhone is going to get fixed today.

My coffee is blah today and this flavor is nothing like the French Roast that I grew accustomed to having.

I am having fun playing Scrabble on my laptop, and so far, I am beating the computer..

speaking for myself, I know that when people capitalize their personal pronouns while typing directly at/to me - I always think of it as non-consensual topping.

I must confess,

I truly am enjoying my new job. The people who work at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. When I walked into my department yesterday, the am supervisor, wrote, "Welcome Jennifer", on the white board. I also received a hand written letter from the senior director of my department, welcoming me.

I am exhausted from getting up at 5am, but it is well worth it.

I am not looking forward to this coming Saturday. It will be the ninth anniversary of my dad passing away and I am glad that I will be working! My oldest niece and nephew are also coming down for the summer and I am looking forward to that.

I am off to take a nap!
