My wife is making fried rice-- but with real rice, not cauliflower. She puts bacon, shredded carrot, fresh broccoli, egg and coconut aminos. YUM.

I had a late afternoon appointment with my Chiropractor, so I stopped on the way home and bought an awesome Greek salad topped with a scoop of potato salad and a couple of dolmades. Yum!

Beef Jerky, potato chips, and french onion dip with a bottle of pure leaf tea.

May as well have added :eatinghersheybar: LOL!

Oh but the good news is I am making Filet Mignon tomorrow!!

Baked potato

Came home with half my steak and potato, will make a good treat later.

Last night I went to The Spotted Pig, which is quickly becoming my favorite restaurant ever. I had Devils on Horseback (dates wrapped with bacon), burrata cheese, deviled eggs, steak, mashed potatoes, polenta, and asparagus. OMG, it was delicious. :bow:

young blood will have a baked potato, some of the veggies I sauteed and chicken strips.

thickly sliced......tomato slices marinated in balsamic vinaigrette then topped with sauteed spinach, finely chopped garlic, bacon bits, and 4 cheese blend shredded cheese....baked at 325 for 15 min...til cheese golden and bubbly....yummm

It's a rainy wet miserable day hear, being my son will be working in the shop but dealing with this nasty weather just the same. So I am making beef veggie soup, it's almost like a stew but not quite. Then I guess I can whip up a pan of butter milk rolls to sop up the juice....good eating.

Tonight I grilled a hamburger patty on my new cast iron that was delivered a day earlier than promised. :) I also cooked some couscous with pine nuts & garlic, and I steamed a rainbow of fresh veggies. Good stuff!
