I know we are mostly covering words and phrases here but....

I am tired of the jackasses who can't drive and attempt to almost hit you then have the audacity to honk at you like you are the one who killed all the brain cells in that thing they call a head...

LOL I am venting:seeingstars:

"I'm not sayin, I'm just sayin". or "just sayin". Yeah, I hear what you're just sayin, and you saying "just sayin" doesn't make me want to boot you in the ass any less.

"I don't know". When people say that after being asked a direct question about something they did, or something that happened. You did it. Yes, you do frickin know. Makes me twitch and want to poke peoples eyes.

Lately, I am especially disliking this from my six year old son. WHILE, he is holding the item in question behind his back.... He has been grounded a lot this week...

I think I am actually getting tired of the word teabagger.

On another note, why does my iPhone know the word "teabagger" but it thinks "Woohoo" is a mistype of "Elohim"?

I hardly ever have a solid handle on the intricate psychology of my own motivations. When I say I don't know its because I really don't know why I did something. Sometimes it takes me hours, days, weeks, years or decades to really understand why I did something.

Some people have these really nice well-lit brains, but some of us fumble around in the dark most of the time. ;) just sayin. :p

perfection...i am sick of seeing that word pop up and hearing it!!!

:mohawk:

betenoire 11-11-2010 05:36 PM

Still not buyin it, just sayin. :D

An example of what I mean is, if some one strings you along and is intentionally not honest with you. If you ask them why they would do that, they answer, "I don't know". That to me is plain bullshit.

I think the answer there is usually, "I wanted to have my cake and eat it too." or possibly, "I'm a jerk."

But then, I start thinking about Tess of the d'urbervilles and I imagine all kinds of tragic scenarios and then I start feelin sympathy for said character.

I can agree to disagree with you but I would much rather hear "I don't know" than hear some made-up story made to play on my sympathies. :)

One word I cannot stand is "whatever". It is so dismissive.:jester:

AtLast 11-11-2010 09:19 PM

Recession... and I am more tired of it continuing than the word, itself!

Oh I agree with that, I don't want made-up stories either. I just want the truth. It's easier for me to process. (I'm not kidding. I have a jacked up thought process.):hangloose:

I would much rather have the truth as well. I am tired of EXCUSES, and JUSTIFICATIONS. Just tell me why and what, let me come to terms and move on, instead of being left to wonder what was real and what was not.

Point taken. Thank you. :flowers:

It was a very frustrating day for me. A day I should have known better than to say anything about anything. It DID get better tonight, though.

I apologize for my trivial public display of grrrrr. Maybe I'll look into getting a cat.

katsarecool 11-12-2010 12:36 AM

Palin~thats it. I do not even want to say her first name. She is a joke. I do not think she has a chance in hell of even winning the nomination from her party. She is playing coy right now when asked if she will run. Why would she not? If she said no, she would lose a lot of money and she is making a lot of money right now and that IS her goal. Not the presidency. I think she is a joke and an embarrassment to women everywhere.

Awww, now I wasn't trying to make you feel badly, trying to make you smile.:sunglass:

(the feckless Lola slinks from the room, *sniff sniff*)
