Yes, I have.

Have you ever driven your car so late at night that it felt like it was a dream and you started seeing phantom panthers running next to the car in your peripheral vision?

violaine 11-28-2009 09:31 PM

no phantom panthers, but I have been convinced I was running over people or animals late at night.

Have you ever set a microwave oven on fire by putting something metal or foil in it?

No. Once in almost fifty years doesn't really count as dabbling. Sigh.

Have you ever been struck mute for five minutes, trying to think of a witty comeback?

oops...thought I was responding to the hallucinogen question....

Bonne never annoys me.

Uhhhh. No? It probably made no sense BEFORE I edited it.

Have you ever been afraid of putting your feet over the edge of the bed because *something* under the bed might slice your Achilles tendon?

weatherboi 11-28-2009 09:50 PM

Not unless the shark from jaws biting off my legs therefore severing my achillies heel counts.
Have you ever been sitting alone in your house but felt somebody elses presence?

Alcohol, no actually I never drank before I came to Texas, as in more than a sip or two. Now I can actually put away 2 glasses of wine, lol:bluesbrothers:

OK, have you ever had sex with more than one person at a time :tease: Ménage à what????

NotAnAverageGuy 11-29-2009 01:50 AM

Nope I have not

Have you ever been to an orgy but not participated?

hottprof 11-29-2009 10:06 AM

nope.. though I have never been to an orgy either so double nope...

Would you ever get a tattoo across your forehead?

Smiles :frog:

Dean Thoreau 11-29-2009 11:24 AM

Well except for the flashing "L" that is there when I do stupid things.... (like spend 5 days looking for my wallet when the entire time it is in my backpack where i looked when I first started looking).. I would not get a tatoo on my forehead.....i do want one on my wrist....a watch so i always know where it is..

Would you ever allow someone to paint a picture of you and be ok with your naked butt hanging in a gallery?

:bouquet: :bouquet: :bouquet: :bouquet: to the hot prof

weatherboi 11-29-2009 11:29 AM

Naked painting yes...gallery nope.

Would you allow yourself to be sold at an auction for charity? The person gets to pretty much do as they want pending certain terms.

Seen a ghost no, felt a presence Yes! although when I was a little girl I used to tell my grandma that my grandpa would tuck me in when I took my nap... I don't know how true that was or if I actually saw him.

If you found money on the ground say in a store would you turn it in?

weatherboi 11-29-2009 12:19 PM

yes because i left my wallet in a shopping cart one time and nobody turned it in.

if you are out at a venue and somebody leaves a really awesome pair of sunglasses do you keep em or hunt the person down and give them back?

Lynn 11-29-2009 02:11 PM

Neither. I find the nearest customer service counter and pass the responsibility along.

When you really should send a thank-you note, but don't for a shamefully long time, do you finally send one when you both remember to write it AND you have a stamp?

Yes, I write it and send it no matter how late, and apologize for it taking so long...There is this woman who has known me since I was 5 years old,,,,and every year she has made me a pair of socks....now I admit when i was in my teens i kind of snorted at the multicolor hand knitted sox...but still every year i would receive a pair and every year I would write a thank you note...
Her socks are warm, well made and last forever......and after I got out of my snooty teens, I started looking forward ot the annual pair, wondering what color they would be...
Well that is over 50 years now; one day I saw her (first time in 15 years) and went over and thanked her for them personally for the sox and ot say hi..and her response was..."you have manners you always send me a thank you note..I will keep sending them to you ".... :sock:

If a person asks you for change what do you do?

weatherboi 11-29-2009 02:31 PM

Give it to them if I have it.

Have you ever not left a tip for service?

That is really, really sweet.

If a person asks you for change what do you do?

If I have change, I always give it. If they say they need it, I believe them and I don't tell them how to spend it.

Have you ever handed someone on the street your "doggy bag" leftovers from a nice restaurant?

Dean Thoreau 11-29-2009 02:47 PM

yes........... I asked if they wanted them first..... and I only bring home stuff I haven't eaten off of... before I start to eat the meal if it looks like to much I will ask for a container first..... (fussy like that)

Ever get up in the middle of the night and want chcocolate so bad you would get dresssed (or make somone else ) and go to store and get some?

No, not chocolate. But, when I was pregnant there may have been a time or two when I required a burrito supreme from Taco Bell with extra sour cream.

Have you ever marched in a protest rally?

This is why its important to keep a good supply tucked away. But YES I have. Problem is I now live about 25 min from the closest store that would be open in the middle of the night.

I have eaten snow, but never yellow snow. I used to make slushies from snow.

Q. Have you ever received a gourmet gift of some food item, and instead of sharing it with your partner, and family, you ate the entire thing yourself?

NotAnAverageGuy 11-29-2009 07:38 PM

Nope

Have you ever bought something for someone else and instead kept it for you?

Have you ever said to yourself that you're going on a diet, and then, within a few minutes, find yourself with a cookie in your mouth and no real memory of how it got there?

NotAnAverageGuy 11-29-2009 09:21 PM
