Sunday
I woke up early and sat around in my boxers watching comedies on TV and talking to my sweetheart. Now I am eating pancakes and sausage.

Woke up a little later than usual but not nearly late enough for my taste. I've really got to put some darker curtains up to block that sun. It ruins my dreams of sleeping straight through to double digits.
A good workout followed by a yummy breakfast, a shower and simultaneously doing laundry, watching The Listener and playing online is making for a good start to the day. |
Today was up for breakfast cooked by the lovely Ms Cricket26 and then we went to a MCC church that has a transgender journey group that we both are going to attend.
Now its a show we are watching before we head to her home for an evening of enjoyment. This is how Sundays are suppose to be |

Made potato salad and meatballs for church potluck Confirmed in our new church home Suprise b-day party (first one ever) when i got home! A fun day with wonderful people and too much cake...priceless! |
Good Morning!
What a wonderful weekend this is turning out to be. Went the annual Mayfair yesterday and purchased some wonderful oils and soaps. Red found several pairs of handmade earrings to take on her trip in July. We feasted on fresh squeezed lemonade and corndogs, watched some little ones perform "Happy" on the stage and wondered around the park people watching. As always the pups like to get up early, so I am on my second cup of coffee waiting for Red to get up, have 2 flats of Begonias to plant in the front flower bed. Two movies to watch later today and that's it. Everyone, have a great laid back over easy Sunday and a wonderful week to follow. |

Woke to the smell of fresh cut grass through the air. Clean sheets for later. More laundry to follow. Going to clean my car, those who know me know, I'm going to warsh it. Found the top 50 country songs on iTunes, what a great find. :) Enjoying Kuala coffee latte. This is a great day! |

I woke up early but now having a big Sunday breakfast of biscuits, tomatoes, bacon, and coffee. Talked to my lady and planned upcoming vacations. Later mowing a lot of mowing, the life of a land owner. Chad |
Woke up, fell back asleep, woke up again, went to the gym, ate brunch and watched an episode of The Mentalist, loaded the dishwasher, showered, trimmed my bangs and now I'm doing laundry while my hair air dries and I play online.

It's cloudy and muggy this morning, pretty much typical type of day this time of year. This weekend has been busy, busy, busy. Red has been gone since Friday and will return tonight. I have had my 10yr old niece with me all weekend and we have had a blast. Went shopping yesterday, ate Sushi, watched a movie and hung out. Going downtown today for a wonderful brunch at one of my favorite local hang outs. Here is to everyone having a lazy laid back Sunday and a fantastic week ahead. Okie |
Rain, Rain, Rain! Welcome to May in Oklahoma. It's been pouring then heating up all weekend long. Need the rain badly, just wish it was not on a holiday weekend. Not having an overeasy Sunday. Got up in a panic...thought it was Monday and I was late to work. Got in a fight with my pillow...decided to be kind to myself and treat myself to coffee at the local coffee shop. Toilet in said coffee shop ended up overflowing and the whole lobby wreaked of shit. ....just having a late lunch. Probably going to take a nap and hope the day gets better.

sunday morning was sleeping in, late breakfast at cracker barrel, and a boat ride tour of the riverwalk ending just in time for lunch at a restaurant on the river walk :) it was the best sunday ever!

A little cloudy today, not sure if it is the weather or the Thunder loosing to the Spurs. They played hard and that is all a fan can ask for. The count down is on for Red to leave for her trip, we have been busy getting everything ready to mail to the college dorm where she will be staying. We are going out for breakfast or brunch today, not in the mood to cook. Happy Sunday Over Easy to everyone and to a great week ahead. Okie. |

I slept late on purpose (took me three times of going back to sleep to accomplish that feat but I'm no quitter!), worked out, ate, showered, shopped and ran errands. Lovely day!

It's raining again. If the humidity wasn't so bad afterwards it would be very nice. Our farmers out in western Oklahoma really need the rain so it is very welcomed. I like the rain it seem to slow everything down.
Last weekend with our foster pups. Taking them next Saturday to meet the new forever mommy in Wichita, KS. Then they are off to their new home in Nebraska. I am going to really miss Ms. Daisy and Mr. Mouse. They have been quite a treat to have around the home. Going out for brunch today. Happy Father's Day to everyone out there. I am fortunate to have my Father around and we are going over for lunch today. It's been a fun filled weekend, my brother is now the pitching coach at the high school we both attended. Red and I took the foster doxies to Kansas yesterday to meet their new forever mommy and all is well. Busy couple of weeks ahead.

Started the day waiting for the yumminess to open. I had an early morning meeting with the girls at work, and had a request for Cinnabons.

We did ride out to PetsMart to see the available dachsies for adotpion, but they had NONE! I do have my eye on one on a rescue site, a cute lil senior...a ruddy, reddish color with icy frosted white face!!! Thank YOU, Okiebug for all your kindnesses and fostering the little ones you did!!! |

My own dachshund isn't doing well right now with liver issues and possibly lymphoma...so I have to devote this time to her...how ever long I will have her. Our Sunday really started on Saturday. We went and watched a double feature had lunch in between then came back to my place to sit around the pool for awhile.
Today was breakfast then church and back to her place for movies and dinner. I love these lazy weekends which doesnt happen much but we enjoy them when we get them |
Yesterday was definitely over easy. A good workout first thing, a good filling breakfast, scrub a dub time, chores and errands and a teenage flick just for me. Good times!

Did someone say Muggy? Ugh the mug is on here in Oklahoma. It makes for a busy work week but it wears one out. I am ready to do nothing all day but have to start preparing for Red to leave next Sunday. Cooking fresh sausage and egg breakfast pockets with fresh fruit on the side. Have a lazy laid back over easy Sunday everyone. May your week ahead be filled with all that is good.

2 cups of coffee then i was awake enough to cook chorizo and eggs...rolled in tortillas...yummmm...the kids spent the nite last nite they are getting ready for work...my hunny bunny went to work this morning but he is on his way home to watch movies with meeeeeeee :) have a good week!
