It will be ending very shortly as my job saw fit to change our Saturday hours this year and now we have to go in extra early each week. Bah.

I came across a good murder trial, little neutral gender identity, little BDSM, perhaps knife play and just general, I'm changing the story. Oh and my hoodie, its chilly. |
It was good except I couldn't get to sleep and was a wee bit slap happy this morning.

It's going good so far. Just relaxing, hanging out with Monte, playing on the computer. It's clear out and I have great views so later I'll be sipping some tea and watching the sunset. Then either a little Netflix or Amazon Prime. Should probably do the dishes. Since the kids are out of town, and I started cutting back on pain meds, today I've been slacking.

Mom and I watched a movie called London Down (2016). It was good but a lot of violence. Maybe a nature show tonight or something old.

Last night was the last of three big events I've been organizing for the past six months. We had a phenomenal production of The Vagina Monologues and raised 8k for work and everyone had a great time. Color me happy!

It seemed like Friday yesterday to me, but I've been screwed up on most all my days for the most part of this whole week...so this actually being Friday ..my plan is to continue to scroll thru various movie thread posts as I continue to work on my movie list....:movieguy: |
I worked hard this week. Something I ghost wrote appeared in a shiny venue. Something I pitched was caught. I was challenged and rose to the occasion. I vanquished deadlines. I rode my bike every day at lunch, and I ordered a patio umbrella so I can sit out in the hot sun of morning. I put together a storage unit with parts from China and California. I am making cauliflower rice tonight, and ready for three days off. Gratitude is huge.

So far so good. Earlier J and I went to Home Depot and got some things for my container garden project. We got back so late that after putting everything away it was already time for dinner. Now I'm just playing online while Monte has his evening nap while finishing up a couple loads of laundry. Later I'm going to do some window shopping. Still looking at furniture. I just wanted to make sure, with a baby on the way and then talk of layoffs due to the pandemic, the kids were on solid ground financially before taking them up on their offer. Later the plan is to read a little more of the container gardening book I'm studying, then some TV/Monte cuddle time before lights out.

Friday evening going well ... think we will get some much needed rain in next hour or so, maybe some storms ...
Already fed the pups and they have been outside after eating their dinner. Just gave them after dinner cookie ... now they are happily chewing their hooves I bought for them the other day. I am less frustrated tonight. I am working from home and today I kept loosing my Internet connection ... no visual studio, no sql server ... it does that sometimes. Happy Weekend, Everyone! :) |

Watching Rebel without a cause. Chilling actually getting Hair cut tomorrow. Had to go with local salon as my Long time stylist their shop still isnt open and no phone/voice mail. Watering lawn as i speak to. Listen to a lunchtime zoom ith 250 folks about Juneteenth. Learned alot history wise.

I started my night or ended my day with a haircut. I had 3 inches cut off and still watched my short hairdresser stretch her arms all the way out to cut. I was thinking, dang..my hair is as long as her arms! I added a tea tree treatment as well.
