Just got finished showering dove bar soap oh so good and feeling clean and now ready to relax for the afternoon, tomorrow its shopping day for food and dog food and thyroid meds for the dog!!

Re-learned (not the first time) a lesson today. I'm not so great at taking care myself sometimes - so focused on making sure everyone else is taken care of and then...
Today was another "and then..." ending in heat stroke. I forgot to drink enough, eat enough, and rest in this 97 degree heat and I'm paying for it now with a grumpy face. *sigh* Work-in-progress!!!:dots: On a brighter note, the office picnic/volleyball/kickball was a huge success and tomorrow I leave for a little NY getaway!!! |

Laerkin and Gretchen popped into NYC. Hit Murray's Deli in the Village for orgasmic snacks (literally - the sounds we are making over some of these things are offensive). Now leaving the city and heading north for some women and yoga. GIRL WEEKEND HAS BEGUN!!!!
