Not sure if I'll make the festival today but if I don't then it's the nail salon and the theatre.

I have accomplished both! I even got a brand new type of mani that is pretty awesome so far. I'm told that it will last longer than my gel so we'll see. It's better for the environment too.

I went and saw Despicable M3 today and it. was. soooo. cute.

It's just after 6pm and I still have time to work some other fun stuff in for the day, like our second Skype visit. Love those! That's definitely on my agenda.

Tooled around in slow motion all day. Built part of a heavy duty frame using 4 x 4's. I will assemble the major pieces, then fasten them all together.

I think I may look into getting a rachet. Lifting heavy 4 x 4's above my head and situating them was a bit much in this humidity. I would look up to make sure I was hitting the slot I had already prepared but I could not see for the sweat rolling into my eyes. A lot of grunting and achy (spelling - achie???) shoulders going on with that particular task. Glad that part is finished!

Took dogs for several walks. Jeffrey (fairly new puppy) is becoming more and more mannerly on his leash. He sat in a shelter for the first four months of his life until I adopted him around mid-May. He finds everything to be so interesting to him - makes me laugh.

The bird block mesh I bought at Home Deport worked out well for my intended purpose. Will post a photo in the galleries.

I'm on call so everything could be thwarted but, for now, intentions are:

Coffee
Work out
Tidy house
Drop the kid off to work
Afternoon date
Shift into Sunday night/get ready for work mode at some point.

Mow Mow Mow Mow Mow.

With a rebel yell, I cried Mow! Mow! Mow! Well, since I enjoy a finely manicured garden and lawn. No complaints.

I'd like to go to the science museum....but it's a weekend and everything is packed.

I'm considering doing the Seattle underground tour. It's in a super pretty part of the city and I think the group number is limited....plus you learn stuff. Which is the whole point of living.
