Getting into my new studio space to paint today. Big Art show coming up in 1 week. A bit nervous as it is my first show, but I am really happy right now while I am painting.

Lovely Day
Simply gorgeous day and a fun ferry ride leading to several hours of exploring an island (by car) followed by gazing out at the ocean at a scenic stop while munching on subs -- with my elderly Dad... great memory.

Finding out my honey bear will have the same days off as me! :)
Spending the last several days with Teddy settling him into his new place.... Picnicking all together at the park.... My oldest's "ballerina" imitation .... Bud "hunting" flies....and playing in a box... :P How everything is coming together in OUR life.... :) |

Lots of things since it was such a good day...
:rrose: figuring out and cleaning the pool cartridge...saving about $200 :rrose: working side by side with Snack and getting things done...and having a good time doing it :rrose: delicious fish and chips for lunch :rrose: finding (and getting) a really pretty dress for myself :rrose: finding (and getting) an awesome deal on some shirts for Snack :rrose: the pool sparkling in the sunshine :rrose: having fun together :stillheart: |
"Seeing" a dear friend and getting to hear that she is doing better. Life is good and I'm glad for her. (f)

What made me smile today...
Remembering this morning when she and I were tangled in each other's arms in bed talking and her shying away to bury her face in the crook of my neck when she thought my eyes were still closed as she looked up at me, only to catch me already looking down at her. That sweet shy babygirl expression was absolutenly priceless!! |
Had a couple at work say they spotted Phoebe on Tuesday. I hope she works her back towards us, pup is going in wrong direction!

Coming home this morning after my shift and seeing my beautiful wife sleeping so sweetly with Gracie at her side(f) then Grace rolled over on her back and waved her little paw at me as if to say welcome home Mama:bunchflowers:

helping her and her mom get ready for the party this afternoon having lunch with her at her favorite BBQ place even though she doesnt eat BBQ anymore Waiting for her to take her back home to the party Getting to spend any amount of time with her makes me smile looking at a cute little apartment for us and the girls KNOWING she wants to spend the time with me |

My dear Friend and best man George he was telling me that friends of his saw our wedding pictures amd could not figure out if I was a guy or a girl.. when they discovered I was female they asked why he was in the wedding .. his reply>>>> Because I was honored to be asked and they are very close friends more like family and that her would go around the world for us:rrose: then he winks at me as he is telling me this and says hell I spend more time with you then I do my family and I love you .. thats my George

Watching Teddy hold another baby girl.... my niece Gracie :)
The way my big honey bear melted while soothing my fussing niece.... When he said he was "pillowish" and thats why Gracie was sleeping on him....lol The way he goes above and beyond for me and the girls and shows me he loves me daily..... :rrose: |
