Ya know, a few days ago I merely MENTION that I may not be able to make it to the Burn this year and my FB inbox was FULL of messages from friends of friends begging me to sell them my ticket.
For fuck sakes people! 1) I ain't dying 2) I know you ain't sad that I won't be able to make it because you asked me to sell you my ticket in the same sentence you claimed that you are sorry I'm not going 3) It's only a SLIGHT possibility I can't make it.....slim 4) IF I can't go, I'm not selling my ticket for a profit 5) No, I won't find it in my heart to GIFT you my ticket 6) There is no #6 7) IF I sell my ticket, the Atomic Fire Ball will NOT be included |

♥ ♥ The temptation is great to look without when we are irritated by someone we percieve to be outside of ourself... but truly we are only dealing with a manifestation of an unhealed aspect of our self. The next time You find Yourself irritated with someone, reflect on how You demonstrate the same behavior and truly forgive Yourself... then watch those manifestations disappear. |
