Made a big bowl of eggsalad, laundry, usual morning chores before work this afternoon. Debating about dragging out my mini trampoline (rebounder) and yoga mat........:jester:

Drinking coffee, usual morning stuff before work later this afternoon, thinking about what kind of workout I'm going to attempt this morning.

Making deviled eggs for church potluck tomorrow.
Forcing myself to not dwell on where these eggs have come from in order to do this.
Reminding myself it’s not about the crabby adults, it’s for the sake of the children.
Telling myself how counting my blessings rather than focusing on the negative will make this a lot easier.
Saying to myself of course I can do this, now that I’m on a 12 Step program - 12 days of Xanax in a row.
Recalling tactics used in the past to get us to church to try and rope us into doing acts of service for the rest of the year.
Hoping the gap between cleaning church building and eating will prove to be shorter than it has been in the past.
Trying to remember how God loves a cheerful giver.
Thinking about dropping off eggs, making some excuse about why I can’t stay, and then fleeing the scene of the crime.
Plotting just buying a ham slice and Cyrus O’Leary egg nog cream pie on the way home, and then Happy Easter for me!
Wishing I knew for certain knock off recipe for eggnog cream pie filling would be just as good as Cyrus O’Leary’s.
Asking myself if I botch it, what else I have on hand to fill these four frozen Marie Callender’s pie crusts in a jiffy.
Remembering how I once felt such joy doing this (Easter has always been my favorite holiday) but now no longer do.

Sitting at Ruby Tuesday....

Well since my job called and cancelled me (it was my day off but I signed up for extra $) because there were no call outs, I went ahead and worked in the yard. Mowed grass, weed wacked, used my chainsaw out in the woods to do some clearing, etc. So I got a good workout in after all today! I really did want to work because I need the money but I made a great afternoon out of it anyway. Freshly showered and eating a chef salad now and watching some old movie.:hangloose:

Texting Logicaly who is grocery shopping while I stay home and do homework, and listening to Hero of Time album on Spotify (Music from Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time... coincidentally I also believe I have this on CD as one of the first gifts from Logicaly almost ten years ago as of Feb 2018)

Sitting with my spouse while she gets the shot in her eye for her macular degeneration. Her "good eye" is starting to decline a bit, it seems.... The other one is totally blind already. Dear Goddess please don't let her go totally blind!:|
