Toasted up some sourdough bread...spread herb hummus on both sides (the key to making a well balanced sandwich). Added: Chopped Spinach and Kale, sliced black olives, banana peppers, roasted red pepper, and sliced cherry tomatoes...served with roasted buffalo corn with a dab of blue cheese.

I had a grilled chicken breast along with some wild rice and a variety of end of summer steamed veggies.

glass of milk, a pork chop, couple pretzel rods, handful of animal crackers, some cheetos and a little bit of ice cream
there was not a whole lot of ice cream in the bucket ... had to divide it into 3 parts - how could I not share?? |

Last night....
I made a take n bake cheese pizza and had a beer.... It was game night....what ELSE would I have?? (jalapeno poppers...for one...) |
sauteed summer squash and zucchini with mushrooms and onions, rice and gardein crabless cakes (these were pretty damn good) with a little just mayo (vegan mayo), relish and sriracha mixed together for a spicy tarter sauce

Dinner tonight was an egg salad sandwich and a piece of homemade pumpkin pie!

Tonight I had pretty much the same as last night with the addition of a little Greek yogurt. Too aggravated to cook.

I had a giant Caesar salad. Romaine, Parmigiano Reggio, croutons, mesquite chicken strips, cracked pepper, a blend of tableside Caesar and lite creamy Caesar. Red seedless grapes. Fizzy water. Dum dums.

I had a BLT inspired salad - spinach, bacon, big cherry tomatoes sliced in half, and an avocado, with ranch dressing. It hit the spot! I'm thinking a chocolate chip cookie is next. :)

A rich veggie soup I think, beef broth base, with a couple thin slices of Asiago cheese... Fuji Apple for dessert, so freaking sweet and delish, better than candy.

Tonight we are having a pot roast with all the trimmings, the leftovers make great sandwiches.

Tonight dinner will probably be a grilled ham and swiss sandwich with a dill pickle....I have been eyeballing that swiss cheese since I bought it yesterday. LOL!

Homemade mac and cheese (nope not vegan..one item I can not do vegan style at this time) penne pasta with mushrooms, spinach and cherry tomatoes pinto beans that I had cooking over night in the crock pot (which I was going to made something with but they are good in a bowl with or without rice and a tortilla) there is rice and sauteed summer squash, zucchini, onions and mushrooms as well to pick from. So, yeah...I have no idea what I'm having ..maybe I'll just graze |

Left over: turkey (that was roasted in bacon), walnut sage bread stuffing, roasted carrot and mini potatos, and gravy.
I had it for left overs last night too. I'll be having it for probably four more nights. With turkey sandwiches. YUM. Fuck, im a great cook. |
Tonight I'm going to make dinner an easy one, tacos, quick and easy.

The sausage and cheese filling from last night was so delicious that I'm using a slightly modified version in a baked pasta for tonight's dinner. Probably a side of broccoli, too.

I ate a whole pack of steamed mixed vegetables - so good. Then I had 2 banana and peanut butter sandwiches with potato chips stuffed inside the sandwiches. Took 2 large milks to get the sandwiches down.
