I had loaded mashed potatoes, mac 'n cheese, beef roast with au ju, Dum Dums, BoB and golden peach fizzy water.

Wondering what is up with this fizzy water Gemme drinks all the time???
Does she drop a fizzy tablet in water? I am having hot wings. Though the wing hot sauce that is already on them is good, I had to dump half a bottle of Texas Pete on them. Here cinnamongrrl, made a plate for you. I know how much you love the Texas Pete hot sauce too. *passes you plate* Enjoy and be careful - just don't hurt yourself! 😃 |

Cooked outside on the grill
4 lbs of cube steak for Kevin and Jennifer 10 pork chops for me - small ones, boneless, very thin cut I have 5 chops left and K&J have about a pound of cube steak left They are outside on last call pottie break for tonight. I am about to go and make myself an enormous ice cream cone ;) ... now that's what I'm saying!! |

I baked chicken thighs, cooked a pot of quinoa, and made some oven roasted veggies.

I'm not sure yet because I haven't been home in over a week, but I hope to find something that will be satisfying to eat.
Maybe make some pasta with creamy garlic sauce and grill a small fillet of Salmon. |
I will be having homemade Greek salad, my friend's kids will be having pizza.

what I made:
chicken breast stuffed with fresh garlic and seasoned with lemon pepper seasoning. cabbage steak rubbed with garlic, drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with TJs every day spice. I planned to eat my leftover 1/2 roasted sweet potato also what I ate: the chicken and only the chicken. After I took it out of the oven, I was checking for doneness and accidentally knocked everything onto the floor....I called the 5 second rule on the chicken but the cabbage kinda went everywhere... If I felt better I would just go out for a bite...as it is...the chicken is sufficing. I just really wanted the cabbage steak wicked bad...such is my day....meh |
Salad with lots of raw veggies, grilled chicken breast and some pepperoncini peppers. A protein shake later tonight.

I had a little bit of everything. I had a bowl of pumpkin bisque, a huge serving of shrimp cocktail, pomengranate arils, several mandarins, Plenti strawberry Greek yogurt, fizzy water, gummy bears and Dum Dums.

Tonight I am going to have roasted acorn squash stuffed with quinoa that I've prepared with freshly roasted almonds, parsley, a little red wine vinegar, olive oil and feta, alongside of a chopped green salad w/ a cucumber dressing.

Last night, I had a smorgasbord of delights. I had a spinach and feta tasca, a few roasted mini peppers stuffed with cheddar bacon spread, some Greek pasta salad, some broccoli crunch salad, some kale "super food" salad, fizzy water and a small handful of gummy bears.

last night was barbecue chicken pizza...coconuty brownies for dessert
tonight will be some kind of chicken dish since I need to use the chicken I got..maybe roast some veggies in the oven while it cooks . I'm very tempted to just make some chicken soup since I have a lot of good things to put in it... Maybe I will do both... |

Dinner?
Geez, I just got home at 9:30 ... forgot all about dinner. Off to the kitchen to check the freezer and see about a quick nuke-able something ... if there's nothing there I want, I will play catch up game tomorrow - eat two footlong veggie and cheese subs for breakfast instead of one. ;) In fact, forget the trip to the kitchen, I am too tired to prepare even a frozen dinner. |

I made chocolate chip pancakes (vegan style soy milk replaced reg milk and apple sauce replaced the eggs).

So, I started on some new meds that make my stomach turn. I take it once a week and for 4 days after the only thing I can manage without feeling sick is PB&J...that's what dinner consisted of, oh, I did attempt a couple mint oreo thins. The taste was well worth the nausea.

Tonight it was tacos,water to drink,an apple and tangerines for dessert..yeah..still hungry!:blink:

I made Italian wedding soup in the crockpot....yumbolicious!

I made marinara and meatballs with angel hair, some fresh rolls, and a Caesar salad. Oh - and yellow cupcakes with chocolate cinnamon frosting for dessert.
If you cook, trust me when I tell you that adding pureed roasted red peppers to both marinara and your meatball mixture is a thing you should do. Confidentially: you wouldn't do wrong to add a couple of anchovy filet to the roasted red peppers when you puree them for the sauce. If a person you cook for is one of *those* people, I promise it is not a sin to keep the anchovies a secret. |

I'm making stacked enchilada casserole (with corn tortillas I brought from the USA) and a side of spaghetti squash with butter and garlic.
