Just having a cheeseburger tonight because I refuse to cook after spending 2 hours and nearly $200 at the grocery store buying up for the next couple of weeks. Good stuff in store for the coming week though. :)

Sam 11-14-2010 06:15 PM

I'm with you. I made homemade chicken soup last night the way my grandmother taught me...special ingredients. Since I have a whopper of a cold coming, it's going to be sooooooo good.

WickedFemme 11-14-2010 06:47 PM

pork tenderloin roast with sweet potatoes and cranberries... and probably a glass of :wine:

Rockinonahigh 11-14-2010 07:14 PM

The roast I cooked yesterday, has made a great beef stew for today, with a fue things added of corse.

Jet 11-14-2010 07:23 PM

I cook a lot thanks to my exec chef friend, rhonda. Delicious, healthy and gourmet. Sometimes over my calorie chart, but need to splurge now and then. Next week, I'm going to make my white sauce with sun dried tomatoes and artichoke.

bigbutchmistie 11-14-2010 07:27 PM

Lasagna

Garlic Texas Toast

Im a gonna need a good teeth brushing after eating garlic. :)

Julien 11-14-2010 07:33 PM

It's not what's for dinner, but the company you share it with which makes it special:wine:

La Perla 11-14-2010 07:55 PM

Tonight I had delicious little meat stuffed pies, that I dipped in a spicy mint chutney. Savory pie with Indian spice. It was so good!

Yesterday I had an Antipasto Salad, with artichoke hearts, prosciutto, pepperoni, shrimp, fresh mozzarella, veggies, balsamic vinaigrette. I could eat that once a week easy, really easy.

Liam 11-14-2010 08:14 PM

This cold and snowy day, I made a big pot of beef stew and a loaf of my signature Irish soda bread.

Hey Roomie! You forgot the homemade cucumber slaw. Shame on you! Who's making dessert?

Corkey 11-14-2010 08:16 PM

Nothing memorable.

Gemme 11-14-2010 11:27 PM

I forgot to add Miss Diva's Aunt Olive's Raspberry Surprise stuff to my dinner list last night. That too is delish. It has jello and blueberries and raspberries and pineapple and cream cheese. Thank goodness it only comes out once or twice a year.

I'm not sure exactly.

There's cherries, so the bottom is kind of like cherries jubilee a teeny bit and there's slivered almonds and granola-y type stuff and sugar and some other yummy stuff in it. It's delicious.

I'm shocked.

Tonight, I had my own version of a Greek salad. It's my 'now' salad. I tend to cycle through things until I get sick of them and then move on to the next one. Then, I had peppermint bark. :eatinghersheybar:

femmennoir 11-15-2010 06:07 AM

I sautéed chunks of chicken breast and chunks of cawliflower in olive oil with caramelized red onion jam and had a small endive salad with a ripe Anjou pear and pecans, and a glass of Chardonnay.

Abigail Crabby 11-15-2010 07:39 AM

Beef Ribs

Baked Potatos

Corn

:canadian:

Gemme 11-15-2010 03:20 PM

Most likely, it will be chicken breasts with sauted veggies and pasta in light alfredo sauce. Orrrrr, it could be lemon pepper tilapia and something or other. It sounds like the former is a more complete thought, huh?

Jesse 11-15-2010 04:15 PM

Salsa chicken with asparagus and broccoli

Corkey 11-15-2010 04:19 PM

Waaaang, more like drumsticks with wing sauce :footballpass:

Wryly 11-15-2010 05:15 PM

The Canadian milk producers put out a recipe calendar every year - some of the stuff is actually pretty good. Today I tried the recipe for this month. I was wondering how the cumin and cinnamon would taste - - it was pretty good.
Had the beef and sweet potato saute over rice.
