I have had a mostly lovely morning and afternoon. Although I can't go outside, I can see out the window that it's a beautiful day. I have done my PT exercises once, and am about to do them again. I'm still watching _The Mandalorian_, and it's just as good the second time as it was the first.

It was disheartening to check the news this morning, and that's all I've got to say about that (at least in this thread).

I watched six episodes of _Grey's Anatomy_ and had dessert for dinner. It was a good day.

This is kinda late but hope everyone day went well and that you all are relaxing. I am drinking my coffee frappe and watching TV in my recliner.
Had a busy Sun laundry,dishes,cleaned pond,pulled weeds and lil pine tree starts,cooked great dinner and now chilling! Happy Sunday evening!
Forgot i put money on a Titan motorcycle... loud with a "FATTY" tire cant wait for banks to open up tomorrow.

We had a busy Sunday! We got up at 5:30 to watch birds in the yard while drinking coffee. I made a nice big Sunday breakfast and then we got to work. Daddy taught me how to use the table saw and miter saw and from that I built 7 trellises for our green beans to grow on. I ran out of twine for them halfway through but got all of the frames built so I just need to finish stringing them and that will just take a minute. We planted more sunflowers and tomatoes and greens and cucumbers. It was, in my opinion, a perfect Sunday.

We woke up at 4:30 to watch the sun rise over Mirror Lake. It was so beautiful. Then we took a nap and then went out for a delicious breakfast complete with a cherry kiss mimosa. I wish every Sunday could be like that.

Had to get coffee at diff stand as mine wasnt open at 0630.

Stopped by my ex bro in laws house 10 mins away. Had a good solumn visit.

My nephew... his son pasted a few days ago. Enjoy this sunday with friends/loved ones.

In true us fashion, our morning departure turned into an afternoon departure. Let the adventure begin.

Grub's on.......

Always like CNN on Sunday mornings.

It's been a fantastic morning so far. I made myself a latte and am having a couple slices of blueberry quick bread I made last night. It was a pancake mix based recipe which surprisingly turned out amazing, like church lady potluck stuff good. Monte has been extra cuddly this morning, seeking reassurance – Is it over, is it really over, is it really really over? So I'm giving him some extra time and attention. Though he's trying to fight it he should be going down for his morning nap soon. Then I'll start thinking about what might get done indoors this morning without him around offering to show how much he cares by supervising everything.

In the mean time we're playing together on the computer It's the best weather out, bright, sunny, clear skies perfect for tending what little is left of the container garden out on the balcony. We had some ferocious winds which by the looks of it taught all of us on the 3rd floor something about what we should/shouldn't be doing up here with pots and plants and wind chimes and furniture and stuff. Still I do have three plants that survived. One a tomato limping along that's getting chewed on by some kind of something. I don't know they're big bites so I'll have to spend some time looking up/learning about what kind of huge ass pests from hell do this and how to go about exorcising them.

The other two are pepper plants and I'm having really good luck with the Anaheim, I've already had two peppers but lost one. No idea what happened. Just found it lying on the ground in a puddle but the remaining one is growing strong and the plant has all sorts of flowers so that's an encouraging sign. I'm anxious to hurry up and harvest it before whatever got the first one comes back for seconds but want to keep it on there as long as I can. Anyhow the hope is to get in a bit of gardening before it gets too hot to work outdoors which should easy take up the rest of my morning. Hope every one had a happy 4th and wishing you all an easy breezy Sunday morning after.

How fortunate you are to have surviving plants. My one little tomato plant is sadly limp and insects have turned my basil plant into lace.

Happy Sunday ... Having an easy-peasy Sunday. Watching AM Joy with some decaf. Need to unpack some boxes from work and do some more purging. Will investigate growing pot. Am legally allowed to grow and have decided to grow a plant or two when I start my cacti garden.

Will have an easy Sunday in the femme-cave (I‘m getting used to this). Will watch the last AM Joy show before she moves the weekdays. Do some laundry, chat with family, maybe sew some pillows, watch some tv.

Got most of the house cleaned yesterday, so today will focus on yard work if I can tolerate the heat! Drinking coffee now in bed with the four dogs and my spouse. Enjoying being home on weekends for a change.:jester::jester:

Good Morning, all! It’s a hot, humid day here and I’m working a shift at the group home for my coworker because her Dad passed away the other day.

I'm taking it easy. Listening to the news while surfing the internets.

I plan on cleaning out the fridge this morning—we'll see if I get around to it.

Need to collect some leadership and self-help books in the garage for a former coworker who's now working at a treatment center for women and wants to add to their library.

Will work on a grocery delivery list, spread some more cedar blocks, and keep reminding myself that this lockdown is self-imposed and only temporary.

Today was a good day. I cut grass, bathed some dogs, cooked. Sometimes just staying home and hanging out can be nice.

It was a good Sunday morning. I chatted with an overnight guest over a long breakfast - biscuits and gravy (which I did not have to make), juice, coffee. Then I went back to bed for a nap.

I slept late today and just hung out since I picked up an overnight shift at the Group home tonight.!:jester::jester:

just getting home...PhD woke me up a little early for a mid morning run & a light work-out...then shower.................and she fixed me an israeli breakfast she called shakshuka & pita, hummus with chopped cucumber & tomato on the side..the skoka had poached eggs in it and i was so touched that she fixed it(eggs) for me..so sweet..i feel so lucky to know her........

Went for a hike with my new friend! We got lowkey lost a few times, but it was fun regardless.

Everyone's tired of hearing about my races by now lol, but I did another 5K this morning. I was also proud of myself for setting healthy boundaries - my friend invited me to go out for lunch afterward with her boyfriend and male friends who ran with us and I politely declined. Cheers to avoiding prolonged exposure to men!
