Dry needling
 

I have always been a fan of acupuncture so when my Dr suggested dry needling for my knee which has been causing me a bit of pain while running, I thought sure, why not.

I really don't like dry needling!!

I really don't like hints instead of direct statements.

I used to love Winter.. now.. it hurts too much.
