Little Ivan's sick again, and this time he's really being slow to recover, if he will at all. I don't know if he's got another bowel obstruction, but he's been really sick and has lost about 10g of his body weight. His face is sallow and his sides are sunken in. I tube fed him this morning with some special formula, so I'm hoping that that will perk him up a bit. :( :frog:
So, I've brought him back into my office with me this afternoon. He's sitting beside me now in his little critter keeper, his little black eyes fixed on me. Once again, I'm asking for the prayers and/or healing light for little Ivan. It worked before, so I'm hoping it will work again. (f) ~Theo~ and Ivan :bouquet::frog::heartbeat: |

Today is Melanoma Monday in Maryland. It is to raise awareness of skin cancer and the increase of this horrible cancer in Maryland. My sister JoAnn died of skin cancer not so long ago. My thoughts and prayers are for those who are newly diagnosed, and those who are battling this cancer. I ask for people to pray for a cure. We need one. I would not want anyone to endure what JoAnn did. I am so very proud of her. Thank you. Peace be with you all. Andrew |

Mommy is really missing her right now. I've been going through pictures of when I had her in my belly. Thinking I never got to hold her...never got to love her... Mommy loves her very much. Named her Aphrodite, after the goddess of love. |

Asking that prayers be said for my son in law, Brian Wilson http://media.merchantcircle.com/2803...andle_full.gif Update: He originally went in with a ruptured apendix which was operated on and is healing from. Last night he started having blood come out of his mouth when he coughed. They found today..By doing random tests...That he has what is known as ALVEOLAR DESEASE...also Pleural Effusion. In short this means he is really sick and will have problems with his lungs. He is only 24 years old to boot. I will know more shortly but this is what we have been told so far. Thank you for all your prayers and thoughts. All I can say is someone was watching over him when the apendix ruptured..Otherwise we would not have known about this desease. Another miricle happened to him as well...When the apendix ruptured, It calcified around the area and kept the poison in a generalized area. The doctors had never seen that happen they said. So again..I am in great gratitude for that part. |

Took her to the ER at 10:30 last night and got home at 5:30 this morning She was admitted to CICU and was moved to a regular room after lunch today Her temp was up last night enough to go to ER Sometimes it happens a few days after a chemo session Her white cell count was low She'd been hanging out with me and our furbabies for the last few days It's been nice having some company and someone else to cook for I'm just sorry she had to go to ER :( Let us keep our prayer circle strong, long and forever going Me, keeping faith, hope and love alive for all |
Strength to Milana and Family, and to Little One

When we know some need help we are there. Are we there when it is dark and they are quiet. For those that need and are alone of feeling all alone. :candle: My friend, Milana is struggling with the complications of chemo and and a MRSA infection. She has had a raging infection at the feeding tube site, the Porta-cath site, the PIC line came out and her temp climbed to 103. She was transferred to an acute care hopsital, has had two units of blood, scans, and cultures. She is scared and confused. Doc's want to take her to surgery in the morning and do another Port-a-cath on the right side of her chest. Surgery because she still has a trach tube in since last July, and is on oxygen as needed, so, they don't want to do it under local. She is tired of it all. Her sister is here and at her side, and she is so weary. |
