I went out to eat with my work friends, I had a chopped beef brisket sandwich with fries and ice tea.

Super yummy!

Also, everyone brought their leftover Halloween candy and put it outside my office. There is a mountain of candy. Haha!

Breton crackers with butter and Velveeta cheese slices. Home mixed blend of black and green teas. Sugar-free chocolate Jello pudding later. Mantra - I will not order pizza today, I will not order pizza today - repeat ad nauseam.

we could have marinated mushrooms , artichokes, eggplant ( home made ) thinly sliced salami ,celery , with soft pepper jack on toasted bread , strawberries , grapes, apple slices . w/ Chads peppermint tea :)
