Skipped the most important meal of the day today.

I am having scrambled eggs with onions and cheese, link sausage, fresh tomato, fresh avacado, and mashed potatoes. Grape Powerade to drink.

2/3 a Bruchi's Chicken, bacon, cheddar cheese and tomato cheesesteak sub. Yesterday my son treated me to lunch and I ordered the small garden salad as a side not expecting much but it was fantastic – cucumber, spinach, tomato, fresh Mozzarella, homemade ranch dressing. It was a substantial salad. large enough that I couldn't eat but 1/3 of the sub. Plus they had unsweetened Gold Peak ice tea, which paired nicely with the meal and was a refreshing change from the milk or water I usually have to settle for when trying to avoid pop/other carbonated drinks. Next time I'm getting the full salad, add chicken with the same dressing – so good!

I had a toasted light multigrain English muffin with a scrambled egg patty and a healthy schmear of hot pepper bacon jam (OMG, so good!), fresh blueberries and a glass of an oj/pom cocktail.

A strawberry, blueberry, blackberry and banana smoothie blended with a bit of lemon tea, and a little bit of local raw unpasteurized honey.

Homemade chocolate brownies.
One the best bakers in the company just brought me some brownies as a small act of kindness. She's famous for her brownies and usually only bakes them in the fall for our Crafts & Art fair and in the winter during the holidays. I'll get her a nice thank you card. Lucky me to be recipient of her kindness. :bow: |

Last weekend I baked some whole wheat bread so this morning I had a hearty slice of that and two eggs. Pretty yummy! :koolaid:

2 scrambled egg sandwiches 2 large milks with Nestlé Strawberry Flavoring added in them And Keebler Chips Deluxe Coconut cookies - my favorite cookies and probably best that not many stores carry them around here. |

Technically, it was brunch but I had a taco salad made with meatless meat and it was not bad. I'm happy about that. Jordan almonds for dessert and an oj/pom cocktail to drink.

I have yet to eat anything today, but was thinking about making an small portion of steel cut oats and using up the rest of the organic blackberries I have on hand.

Little Debbie Zebra snack cakes, glass of milk, glass of water. I might even have a slice of last nights left over doctored up Red Baron pizza. It's a celebration day because my jeans have went from loose to, too baggy to be seen wearing in public anymore. :)

I had a light multigrain English muffin with an organic egg, shredded triple cheddar cheeses and hot pepper bacon jam. Soooooo good! I had an oj/pom juice cocktail and a handful of snack tomatoes as well.
