This again but less fries and I had spicy guac and big tomato slices on the burger this time. It's just so good.

Oh and my employee bought me a Boston cream donut. I had to eat it. It would have been rude not to.

Bèsame* 02-04-2016 07:26 PM

We had a cheese and veggie soup that mom made with water to drink and dessert is chocolate!

~SweetCheeks~ 02-04-2016 08:27 PM

Garlic herb and wine marinated pork loin roast, mashed potatoes and green beans. The family is happy.

Chad 02-04-2016 08:32 PM

Dinner

I had homemade guacamole with fresh pico de gallo. Ice tea to drink.

Jesse 02-06-2016 01:57 PM

It is a cold rainy day here. In my mind this calls for soup, so I am having a bowl of red lentil curry soup & some of the Lebanese cucumber/tomato tahini salad that I made a couple of days ago.

Gayandgray 02-06-2016 02:59 PM

I picked up a couple cheesesteaks on my way home from running in town today. I'm back on my low carb/high fat eating plan, so I will skip the sub roll and just eat the meat and fixin"s.

yum! I think a recipe needs to be shared. My new love, red curry!

Stone-Butch 02-06-2016 03:58 PM

mild fried Italian sausage cut up and covered with salsa topped with two med fried eggs and 3 cheese shredded. YUM Coffee

Jesse 02-06-2016 04:20 PM

Bésame, this is the recipe I used for the red lentil curry. I never use store bought curry powder because a lot of it has flour in it, also because I prefer to make adjustments as the dish cooks. I'm weird like that. :)

Rockinonahigh 02-06-2016 04:40 PM

I'm keeping it simple, we are having home made cheese burgers with baked seasoned fries.

Chad 02-06-2016 08:49 PM

Dinner

I will admit that I did not do a good job eating today. Some days I forget to eat. For dinner I made myself have a turkey and ham sandwich with cheese, pickles, and fresh tomato.

JDeere 02-06-2016 08:54 PM

Italian sausage and pepper sandwiches, brownies for dessert and a coke to drink.

cinnamongrrl 02-06-2016 09:00 PM

Potato salad with egg that I made.

For whatever reason, my late breakfast held me over and i wasn't hungry for lunch or dinner...

stargazingboi 02-06-2016 09:02 PM

I'm just eating now...work then laundry = late dinner

so, left over penne with pesto, mushroom, and spinach

Orema 02-07-2016 08:26 AM

Last night I had curry chicken wings and flava beans with a lime relish and a 85% cocoa bar for dessert.

Will have left over wings tonight with some kind of veggies.

Gayandgray 02-07-2016 08:33 AM

Either take out pizza or some Popeye's chicken.

Bèsame* 02-07-2016 10:16 AM

I'm in charge of the baby back ribs today!

Pre game snack, that bratwurst beer fondue.

C0LLETTE 02-07-2016 10:53 AM

Meatloaf...God's gift to inept, lazy people who choke up when told that "people are coming for dinner".

Jesse 02-07-2016 01:02 PM

I made up a jar of basil cashew "cream" sauce, (no dairy) a few minutes ago that is begging for a plate of pasta, and I have a salad already made. So tonight I will just need to cook up some quinoa spaghetti and I will be good to go for dinner.

Chad 02-07-2016 03:26 PM

Dinner

I am having pepperoni pizza with olives, feta, and jalapenos. Also, a side salad and tea to drink.

Rockinonahigh 02-07-2016 05:35 PM

Looks like I'm having tomato with rice soup and a honey ham sandwich on whole wheat toasted thin sliced bread.

stargazingboi 02-07-2016 05:44 PM

tortilla with avocado, spinach, tomato, and the rest of my vegan "bacon"

Chad 02-08-2016 06:06 PM

Dinner

I am having leftover pizza and ice tea.

cinnamongrrl 02-08-2016 06:13 PM

Locally made Roots hummus (roasted garlic) with wheat pita bread...some potato salad and dates rolled in coconut for dessert

Water to drink of course

Jesse 02-08-2016 06:30 PM

I had the last of the red lentil curry soup and a grilled cheese sandwich.

Gemme 02-08-2016 07:22 PM

I had a mesquite chicken breast and tater tots.

Orema 02-09-2016 07:50 PM

Baked salmon and cauliflower rice. Maybe some kale, maybe not.

Gemme 02-09-2016 07:52 PM

I had a cup of cashew ginger carrot soup and then a cup of creamy butternut squash soup, a Halo, some Cheetos and some candy.

With exception of the chocolate milk I drank, it was a very orange dining experience.

Chad 02-09-2016 07:52 PM

Dinner

I made guacamole with fresh pico de gallo and I ate it with tortilla chips. Ice tea to drink.

JDeere 02-09-2016 07:55 PM

Cheeseburgers with the fixings and tator tots, sweet tea to drink.

gotoseagrl 02-09-2016 08:59 PM

Crock pot chicken and stuffing with green beans.

WickedFemme 02-09-2016 09:45 PM

It was a beautiful day here in NorCal... I grilled some lamb, potatoes, and asparagus... very yummy.

boioboi 02-09-2016 11:47 PM

Curried chicken and quinoa with a fresh green salad.

cinnamongrrl 02-11-2016 05:20 AM

Yesterday I had a food fiesta....

I confess, I hadn't eaten all day and I went for easy over healthy...so...

I stopped at the grocery store to get movies ( the "better" Ingles around here rent movies) and decided to visit their awesome deli. There I found a fresh take n bake buffalo chicken pizza. It looked SO good.. .of course it came home with me. And no less than 2 men stopped me on the way out to admire the pizza....it was that pretty....

But....

On the way home, I was wicked hungry. I really wanted a lemon something from my second fave bakery which happens to be on that street. However, it was 4pm and Geraldine's was closed. Sad face. But....my second favorite ice cream place was open. So....

I had dessert before dinner. A hot fudge sundae with: Thai coffee, Atztec chocolate and salted caramel ice cream. The Hop is known for their innovative flavors....they also have 6 flavors of vegan ice cream that are NOT sorbet. And vegan whipped cream also...they had a kale/beet/carrot ice cream. But I hate healthy stuff in my naughty foods. I even resent raisins being in chocolate. I'm funny like that.

The pizza came out awesome. It had a ranch sauce and fresh mozzarella blobs all over it. No veggies in sight...I had a Gaelic ale with it. Life is good.

Rockinonahigh 02-11-2016 05:26 AM

It depends on how my sore knee feels but it will either be bbq chicken or chicken and dumplings...rather have the dumplings.

Gemme 02-11-2016 06:49 AM

Last night, I had a baked chicken breast with mixed veggies and pickled red cabbage.

stargazingboi 02-11-2016 12:05 PM

No idea, but I did make corn, cucumber, tomato and onion salad...Mexican rice, pinto beans are in the crock pot and lentil loaf is in the oven. So, when I get off work I'll have my pick.
