Had a good day with :dog:. Unusually warm day, so we very much enjoyed our hike. Watching documentaries this evening.

Tomorrow house cleaning, laundry, and grocery store. Oh, and I have a shit load of bills to pay, too.

I always let it all build up until Sunday. I just feel too drained to do much of anything on Saturday until the afternoon and then it is a race to get as much outside time with :dog: before the sun goes down.

It would be good for me to go out to a Meetup tonight (billiards and bowling), but then I'd probably miss the chat rush. Decisions decisions...

my sister is driving in with boiled crabs, crawfish and shrimp! I will be up late eating until i am sick!

Eek! I have slept almost all day and have been fighting a sinus headache. Finally pepped up a little bit and am having coffee and watching crap tv.
I'm going to work on a sewing project for a while and maybe order some lo mein later and then have a FaceTime date to watch Saturday Night Live.

I took a 2+ hour nap after coming home from work early, now I'm craving red meat. I suppose I could take myself out to dinner but I still feel like I got hit by a truck. LOL

I spent all day cleaning up the house...its done. I LOVE having a clean house. Now I am playing mah jong in the arcade, making dinner, and getting ready to watch some movies. The husband is in his "watch", aka den. All the animals are with him as he rests from his first day off from midnites. The house and our life, are calm...

A very low key Saturday night here! Worked on a movie list, wrapped a birthday gift, and now scouting out the threads:hangloose:

Have to head out in the blustery cold soon to go pick up the kiddo. Then home, bed, probably 10 minutes of reading, and lights out. Wild night!

Worked til 10, been home collapsed on the couch since...I've worked 6 days this week and now starting all over...so even if I wanted to go out tonight, I'm just too pooped to pop! Lol

Watching "When We Rise."

It's 3am. This evening was cozy time at home with tv, FaceTime, cleaning, packing, and hot tea. Now I can't turn my brain off so I've been doing random things like taking out the trash and hand washing some intimates.

When I was 15 I used to imagine my Saturday nights at the age of 40 as magical, sparkly, wondrous events full of fuckery and hysterics.

And they are. :)

It was so good!!!

Hoping to do that today! I can't wait.

Laundry and packing (for travel) is on the agenda for today. Not planning on any outings tonight. I think I will play around in chat.
